Fast delivery
I ordered 2 mats & then read the reviews. I very nearly cancelled the order due to the poor feedback. I'm glad I didn't because they arrived within 4 days. Excellent service and for the price very good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order again and very happy with the process

Ordered 4x34mm Eva mats last Wednesday…
Ordered 4x34mm Eva mats last Wednesday 17th January and they arrived today 26th and are in my shed here in Co. Down N.Ireland haven’t had a chance to open them or fit them yet but have to say everything looks ok and I am happy with the service.

You simply must sort your courier issues out
I ordered 2 rubber stable mats from this company and paid £140. I waited over a week but finally got word my mats were on their way. I waited in over 2 hours mats did not arrive. I contacted the courier company and Ark but did not get a reply. The following day the courier sent a further message saying to expect the mats that day. Again my mats did not arrive despite waiting in. The following day I rang Ark who reassured me my mats would arrive that day and confirmed this by email. Still my mats did not arrive. I rang Ark again today who did not reply to my email about a full refund. They have promised to refund me by close of day today but were extremely nonchalant about the non delivery of my mats that I have had to order elsewhere now at additional cost. I had to ask for a process by which to escalate my complaint as they seem to think saying sorry will suffice. I really wish I had looked at trust pilot before ordering the mats as it is very clear this company have a significant courier issue and the only people suffering are the customers. Shocking company with very poor customer service. Look elsewhere for your product. I have had to pay extra but have gone with a company with good reviews.

Good company and good mats
Good company who I would use again. Mats I've bought previously have lasted well and are well made. This time I ordered 4 mats but only 3 arrived. Arkmat were really helpful and chased it up with the courier - it was obvious 1 mat had been lost and they got a replacement sent out to me straight away. Recommended.

Disappointed
My life just got harder! Have to lift mats every morning to swill urine pooling beneath mats. I don't use any less bedding. Never experienced this before with old rubber mats or with no mats. Great to sweep and move and probably better for horses joints but hard work. For these issues I regret buying

Delays, confusion and misinformation
UPDATED REVIEW 14/11/23: In my first review I described this company as liars and scammers. They definitely told me several things that are untrue, I just don't know if it's deliberate or they are very badly disorganised. I will describe what happened and let the reader be the judge.
Ordered an item on 31st October. Notified on 1st November that the item had been dispatched and was given a tracking number. 4th November item still hasn't been scanned in by the courier. Contacted Ark for an update. 6th November response from Ark confirming that the order hasn't been dispatched. I asked if I could collect since in the intervening time I had realised they were less than 10 miles away from me. Ark told me I could collect but not for two days. Then they told me the order had been lost by the courier. This is when the alarm bells started ringing. They had taken my money, lied about the order being dispatched, lied about the courier losing it, then told me they didn't have the item to collect. I asked to cancel the order and thanks to intervention by Amazon a refund was issued the following day. 9th November the order was delivered by Evri. Tracking shows it was handed to the courier on 6th November - after I cancelled the order and after they told me the courier had lost it. Contacted Ark to notify them and offer to pay for the mat. 10th November another courier, DX, came to my home and said they'd been sent to collect a parcel. I had not been told they were coming and knew nothing about it so I assumed it was a mistake. 13th November I got a call from DX asking why I had refused the collection. It was then that we established it was Ark who sent the courier. 14th November call from Ark to take payment for the order. Informed me that Ark had no record of the courier being sent to collect.
Reading the other reviews it is clear I am not the only one to experience this complete confusion and misinformation. It seems like the company suffer from quite a high proportion of mix-ups and when it goes wrong you really cannot trust what they are telling you.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Bought matting on eBay, was told product was delayed and asked whether I was happy to wait. I was indeed happy to wait. When I chased again, they said it was still delayed and again I said I can wait. When I chased AGAIN, they said that it was now out of the eBay protection window and they were not going to provide me with the product or a refund. Absolutely livid. I bought from them because I wanted to support a UK company and I waited in good faith for the product. Do not use.

Messed up two orders and not being helpful with resolution
I've placed two orders with arkmat and both times recieved wrong product. First order was through ebay for single mat which should have been 12mm but recieved 10mm; for that order they offered a reasonable partial refund which I accepted.
My latest order however was through their website and was for fitting out a full gym room at a total cost of £322. I recieved 14mm tiles instead of 17mm, two of which were damaged. Arkmat claim the 17mm are now out of stock so they cannot do a swap, but the tiles are still for sale on their website so that's obviously a lie. They offered a £10 partial refund for me to keep the 14mm tiles which is taking the mick. I do not think the 14mm will be suitable so only way I'd keep them is with a heavy discount as I'll likely need to reorder and told arkmat this but they said no, they'll need to collect and issue full refund. They want to collect the lot in one go which is understandable but to do this it will have to be at the weekend, which they won't do. Other option is for them to collect from my workplace which will require multiple pickups as I can't bring the entire lot into work! Whatever I suggest, they say no. They've messed up my order, caused major inconvenience and they want me to go out of my way for them to sort it out. And at the end of it all I won't even have the flooring I ordered!
Great service- speedy delivery
Ordered mats late Tuesday evening, phoned Wednesday, polite person on the other end said 5 - 6 working days, as it said on the website. They have arrived on Friday lunchtime. 2 working days! Brilliant! 😁
Order not delivered
Ordered stable mats at the end of August and still no sign of delivery. Ark told it’s the fault of the courier but since pointing out that my contract is with Ark not the courier I’ve been ignored. I’m now putting my payment into dispute with my credit card provider.
Use a more reliable company
We have now kitted out several stables with wall mats and floor mats, great products, however they usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive and get lost between 1-2 times per delivery. not sure how the company stays afloat with so many missing mats - a lot of delivery companies employees must have lovely kitted out stables. Ordered my last lot of £400 mats on 26th August - its now 11 September and still waiting. Wont use again.
Delayed delivery but excellent communication
I placed an order for 12x Stable Mats, due for delivery within 5-6 days of ordering. I had not received dispatch notification or notice of delivery after 6 days so became increasingly nervous, especially having read such poor reviews after I placed my order. I was unable to get through to ArkMat by telephone but all emails were responded to quickly and professionally. My order was out for delivery (Day 8) - ArkMat communicated with the courier who gave me notice of delivery so I could ensure I was home. Despite reservations after reading other reviews, I am pleased with the service and product received.
Please take every 1* review on here as correct!
Order placed, and DX tracking received same day. After a week of the tracking information not changing, "we are still awaiting your order" they eventually agreed to send with DPD. I asked for tracking information the day after I had been told it had been sent "incorrect information" Then I was told DPD failed to turn up, same as DX did the first time. They were unable to provide any confirmation of any bookings with any 3rd party couriers or DPD themselves. They promised it would go 9th August, didn't, promised it would go 10th August - yet with no re-assurance based on previous failed collections.
Tried to call 5 times, 4 times no answer, 1 time answered to someone who didn't' have a clue what was going on, left a message each time - never returned. Apparently she was a temp, and he was on the phone at the same time as on chat to me, good multitasking I must admit!
Each response to every poor review is blamed on the courier and then 'you asked for a refund and you got one'. Yes but what we actually wanted was products.
Pay attention to ALL the reviews and don't both with the company. You'll get no products and get nothing but excuses.

I'm a disabled man whom ordered grass from Ark Rubber and Resin.
It was not a good experience. My order failed to turn up on the day it was meant to. I then took another day off of work to wait for it again. It failed to turn up for a second time.
After waiting days for a response from them to explain why this was the case. They lied and said they'd didn't have the correct details. Although they had been confirmed on the original delivery date.
Needless to say I canceled my order.
Poor customer services and poor communication.
Do not use Ark Rubber and Resin.

Ordered artificial grass on the 30th June delivery between 5th to the 10th of july tracking number on 4th July which didn't work waited to the 10th still no delivery spoke to the courier to find out tracking number does not exist so phoned ark-solutions-uk to be told it was a mess up their end and they would send item out on a next day delivery so I would receive my item on the 12th so I took a day of work so I could fit it ready for family on Friday who are coming up now just received a email saying that the courier they have used can't deliver for another 2 days surely next day delivery means next day delivery so now what only cost me £150 for a bit of artificial grass has now cost me a daily wage really not happy at all

Unfortunately for me, I didn't read any reviews before I ordered from them and now I am regretting that decision.
Do yourself a favour and find another company that won't mess you about and will actually reply to emails.
I ordered a roll of 2m wide rubber. A week went by of me expecting a dispatch email but nothing. Then finally I got an email asking if I could take it in 2 x 1m wide rolls instead because the shipping is expensive on 2m wide rolls. It took them over a week to ask me this, then they completely ignored my replies. Finally I spoke to someone on the telephone who assured me it would be delivered within a couple of days. Next thing they have cancelled my order.
Any normal company could have let me know within the first couple of days and no problem, I would have ordered it elsewhere, but these have to drag it out for 2 weeks.
Don't bother wasting your time with this company.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Do not waste your time or money. Bought some samples on eBay which arrived promptly. Ordered a full size EVA mat which was promptly cancelled apparently due to courier problems. Ordered one via Amazon on 27th June at £20 more and tracking number was provided. Item said dispatched, Ark said it had been picked up on 4th July yet courier was unaware of it. Rung Ark every day this week to be finally told today that they can’t send it due to couriers and they will refund. They should not be selling them if they can’t deliver! Time wasters!

Good experience
Good experience. Found arkmat online after seeing them on Amazon but decided to order through the Arkmat website. Chose the Askot artificial grass. Based this on the videos on their YouTube channel. Doesn't seem like it gets updated much. Only wanted to order a small section so got a 3m x 4m. And I must say for the price I'm extremely pleased. I'll be using this to put up on a wall by our hot tub area in the garden. That's why I wasn't that fussed how good it looked. But I'll be ordering some for the floor too. Delivery was fine. Got a text in the morning around 5 days after ordering that it was coming that day. Only thing I would of said was it would of been nice to be told what day it was coming so I could make sure someone was in. But luckily it was fine. Thanks Arkmat

The most dishonest I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Ordered artificial grass on 3-5 day lead time. Over 1 month since order placed, 30+ emails, 15+ telephone calls and the order was then cancelled.
They send tracking info each night but none of the tracking is valid. Blame stock figure errors, couriers, order backlog.
All in all the most un-trustworthy company I have ever dealt with.
Do yourself a favour and buy from another company.
