Terrible quality and customer service…
Terrible quality and customer service is even worse. They were contacted on numerous occasions to ask for there assistance. After both myself and amazon had send numerous requests asking them to contact me they finally sent one short rude and unhelpful e-mail - sadly I never responded to any e-mail after that.
It was obvious after a few weeks there was an issue. A few months later I had to take the whole thing out and replace it with mayo matting.

We are disappointed that this customer was unhappy with their order, and by the fact that they did not contact us directly or via amazon, prior to leaving negative feedback. We subsequently contacted customer and offered full refund or express resend. Customer opted for full refund, which was given.
Ordered 9 x 12mm supposedly heavy duty…
Ordered 9 x 12mm supposedly heavy duty matts that wont move. When they arrived was suprised how light they was. Measured them and they only came out at 8mm sent pictures to them and they admitted they had a faulty batch nearly 3 weeks later they still advertising the same matts at 12mm!!!! How many people how bought these not realising there 4mm smaller, also they are not heavy duty they move about constantly. Would never purchase from them again.

Unfortunately, a small batch of our 12mm bubbletop mats came in short from manufacturer, at 10mm (as measurement is to top of the bubble design). We should have noticed this prior to dispatch. Once customer received, we offered partial credit, collect for full refund or to swap out. The 10mm mats were subsequently quarantined and sold separately.
Flooring I ordered was rubbish
Flooring I ordered was rubbish. Took weeks to arrive and nasty quality so I had to send back and ordered from a more reputable supplier at short notice. Wouldn’t trust these guys with a job again!

Scam company
Ordered 17 identical interlocking gym mats and was sent 17 mats of different sizes, thicknesses and colours which obviously do not interlock. Despite admitting to this, the company refuses to collect the mats and issue replacements. Incredibly rude on the phone and minimal response over email.
The mats look similar at first glance so we believe they deliberately mixed in some defective mats and hoped they’d be able to get away with it. Absolute scam.
Happy to amend my review if this is ever resolved but at the moment it looks like I’ll be going through PayPal. So disappointing.

Shabby...staff not competent to resolve issues
Three times delivery did not arrive...
They simply do not care and have zero after service - constant emails and messages to try to sort this out, when they should apologising and driving this.
Wasting everybody’s time, they do not resend out on an expedited 24 hour delivery as they cannot produce tracking to show they did this.
Buyer beware...shabby all round lack of service from people who have not got any motivation to apply themselves proactively to resolve issues.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Weeks to respond, sign themselves off impersonally as 'Ark' with a one-line message. Sent photos of faulty matting, they're trying to blame me for their shoddy product! Don't deserve to be in business.

Great customer service.
Purchased a cut to size rubber mat from this company via Ebay UK. Received great service and was well pleased with the product, however after a short period the mat showed signs of faulty manufacture. I contacted the company and after submitting some photos they immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. Would highly recommend this company.
