Excellent customer satisfaction, best customer satisfaction. Many have it in thier slogan, many claim to be the best. I have never received a service of any kind in my life to the quality that these guys deliver. They are the last company that really means customer satisfaction is thier #1 priority. The company owners provide the support and are there to help each and every customer. You are NOT just a number here and I get the feeling that will never change. I've been talking about customer service so much I forgot to mention the servers. I'm in another country from mine and I get 22 ping, less than my LAN server. How is this even possible you may ask? The best data centers, the best hardware and the most motivated team to create a game hosting company like no other. Top tier everything, most of your money goes to your service quality not a profit margin. See for yourself the true difference between a cheap host and a good host. It's very little difference in price and a lot in quality, don't let the name fool you it's just another thing to put more dollars into what matters: your game server.

This one is simply *the* best Ark hosting company ever. I have tried almost all the other big ones and they failed me in one way or another but ARKServerHosting has been on point with all forms of their service. I experience the least amount of lag out of any other, I can easily get in contact with them through Discord and they respond to any issues I have had promptly. I once had problems with a mod and one of their amazing staff was in constant real time Discord contact trying to fix it for almost 4 hours. They are the best and I am never ever EVER switching to another host again. Don't waste your player's time or your time with any one else.

Excellent service - these guys know their stuff for sure. I've used a few hosts but the response to support here is second to none! i mean that. They have helped no end. That along with some fantastic pricing and so far an excellent server cluster mean i will never go anywhere else for an Ark server again!

Great service with awesome people that now what they are talking about. Good auto mod update. Problems are fixed on a correct manner due to the great customer service. Wouldnt want any other hosting company anymore.

I have just purchased a server with ASHosting. I have just left my old provider because they were very bad, it looks like I have landed on my feet with this company though. I have been chatting with them on Discord and they are a good group of people and their community is also very helpful.

I paid slightly more than my old host but you know what they say, you get what you pay for except in this case with ASHosting I would be willing to pay double what I am paying now for the quality I am getting.

I have been hosting with ARKServerHosting.co.uk for the past 7+ months and in that time I have never had a single issue with the service I have received. The support is absolutely on point and is very responsive.

I have spent many hours with both Carl and Chris via discord and I find them both easy to get along with and are very friendly.

I have now signed up for another server with them and I look forward to another 7 months of perfection.

The service was good and fast, we had no issues. The Discord is useful to be able to chat to admins, but after we cancelled, messaging from the admins about giving "a five star review" on was a bit much. The comments became passive aggressive because I wouldn't leave a five star review, so I've removed two stars.

Started up a server as an experienced Admin, but an inexperienced Owner - and ArkServerHosting's setup and support was perfect.

The customised control panel and automatic mod installer / updater made initial setup a doddle, and then I have full access to tweek and modify my server as my experience grew.

The evolved mod updater must be one of my favourite features - it's much better than Ark's standard auto-update and means my servers are never unjoinable.

The servers are awesome - I started out little as a solo server, but have migrated to a bigger dedicated box as my community grew (we're now regularly top of the population session list for PvE). The host handled the migrations flawlessly for me, so I had nothing to do except ask for it.
We are practically lag-free - even on a highly populated Ragnarok map with lots of big builds.

In the beginning I wasn't planning on making a public server.. and I chose them because they were UK based and cheap. That turned out to be an incredibly lucky choice. I can't flaw the service I have had.

I've been playing games for more than 20 years, and have more than 4k hours in Ark. So I would consider me to be, a wellknown gamer. And I've had rented MANY servers, and when I started doing youtube, I needed to find a provider, that could give me quality for cheap money, and fast support.

And that's exactly what U get from ARKServerHosting. With prices like a friend of mine said "I can't even make it that cheap, with my own server just on power cost"

They use very high level hardware on the servers. And the support tickets have fast respons time, and problems will get solved quickly and with a feeling of, that staff knows what they are doing. And they always are very patience and friendly, if U break down U'r own server settings :)

And if that's not enough, U also get free BattleMetrics subscription when U rent a server.

So if U want it cheap, with high level servers, with great professionel support. Look no further. I personal guarantee that U will not be dissapointed. ENJOY!

Since moving to a fully hosted solution with ArkServerHosting I have found their responsiveness to be unmatched. In addition to the support ticket function they maintain an active presence on Discord which makes resolving minor queries (and even big ones) a trouble free option.

Thought I would share my review of ARKServerHosting’s performance for the ARK server I rented.

I have been hosting ARK server’s since ARK was first released. I have rented servers and also ran my own dedicated servers for years. Simply put – when it comes to hosting an ARK server, I wouldn’t go anywhere else – period. Customer service, communication and support ticket system is immediate as you can simply grab them and get service via their Discord site. They are always there and respond immediately – not in an hour or two. They have an excellent support ticket system that is also connected to their Discord. Server performance was top notch – low ping and no lag from the server side of things. To make things even slicer and easy to manage they have implemented a super cool (that really works) auto mod and mass mod updating in real time! They even made a really smart move and include BattleMetrics server management for free! That alone is $10/month you save to get the best remote server management tool out there. I have been with three other server hosting companies, and Ashosting is by far the best! Little to no lag even at prime time! Super easy Mod updates! And when I do have a problem, they are there helping in mins ... not hours or days! Plus they always are in their discord, if you ever need tech support!

These guys are awesome if your looking for cheap servers with a very nice and understanding support chat on there discord and support tickets, I made alot of mistakes when I was setting up my server but when I asked for help they were very quick to help and sort any issues. The connection to their servers are amazing, I have a heavily modded server and it still runs absolutely fine. Definitely I good choice and will recommend to anyone

They Customer service is top class. Tickets get answered usually in minutes. Owner and staff is active on their discord too.

Server ping and performance best I've ever seen. Been running my server for over a month now and I haven't had a single crash or lag spikes so far.

They offer automatic mod updater with their services that is trully automatic.
It checks for updates all the time and as soon as mod updates you will get notification in game about pending server restart.
It takes server down automatically after 15-30min, updates the mod and starts it again without owner having to do anything.
Gone are the days when you had to constatly check your subscribed mods for any updated and your players unable to play when you away from computer due Mod Mismatch.

As for price is not as cheap as some other services but you do get high performance service with awesome Mod Updater that makes it worth paying little bit more.

On top of that you do get free BattleMetrics service that would cost 10$ a month otherwise.

1. Customer Services & Communication.- They are great at communicating with you as a customer. They make sure you know when there are changes made and what changes that has been made to the service.

2. Customer Support-. Their team are quick to respond and helpful when you need their help with something.

3. Server Performance.- Been hiring from their server for a while and have not had any issues with the performance on the server so far.

4. Server Population and Growth.- I hire my server for friends and family so not sure i could say much about this.

5. Service Price.- The price is not too expensive for what you actually get from it.

6. Features such as Evolved Mod Updater (Auto Mod Updates In Real-Time), 1 Click Mass Mod Installation etc.- I enjoy the features they have and they work great and is easy to understand.

I would definitely recommend ARKServerhosting to anyone out there not sure who to get a server from.
All in all they deserve a 5 star rating if not even higher..

On top of great server performance their Control Panel also comes with a host of features that make administration a breeze: 1-Click Mass Mod installer, fully automatic mod updates (that even warn players & save the game!), automatic updates and included Battlemetrics RCON license that allows in-game administration from the browser.

I'm one of the developers of SurvivalPlus, a total conversion mod for ARK, and are using this service to host our official servers. I picked this company because they were low cost and had excellent features that I couldn't find anywhere else. They had my server up in around 2 minutes (auto setup); I then listed my mods in their easy to use Control Panel and pressed Install Mods and EMI (Evolved Mod Installer) installed the mods extremely quickly and my server was online within 10 min from the time of purchase. It's a great company and I would recommend them to everyone.
