We instructed Daniel to carry out a Home Buyers survey for our new purchase, and after an initial consultation, he was able to contact the estate agent and carry out the work in a very quick and timely manner. Throughout the process he was very professional, helpful, and made sure to communicate very well. His work resulted in us being able to negotiate 10k off our purchase price, which has made a huge difference.

He went out of his way to help me meet the demands of a highly challenging timeline imposed by the seller of the property he surveyed, providing a summary verbal report by phone in advance of the written report, which was also provided promptly. Had Dan not acted with such speed, my offer on the property I wanted to purchase would have failed as the timeline was critical. I could not have asked for more.

It was a pleasure working with Ark (Dan), from start to finish it was very easy and we received our detailed level 3 survey a week later.

They kindly collected the keys from the agent and returned it post survey, communication was excellent and Dan even had the time to have a quick chat as I had a couple of questions.

I booked a snagging survey and the results are not up to the expectations.
There were a few things that I could see such as water damage to the kitchen cabinets and utility area, which were not reported at all. Whats the point of bringing a professional in when such things are not spotted.
Not worth the cost for snagging !!
