Ark Swimwear Reviews 

I am frustrated with Ark Swimwear’s customer service. I purchased a bikini bottom that was too small and contacted them to request an exchange. Unfortunately, I lost the return document, but their team explicitly told me by email that they would make an exception and allow the exchange anyway.
Since then, I have received no responses at all, despite sending multiple follow-up emails over the course of more than a month. I have been patient and respectful, waiting for a reply, but at this point I have no way to move forward because nobody answers my emails.
This situation is especially frustrating because I was told a solution would be provided, and then communication simply stopped. I feel completely ignored as a customer and left without any options to resolve the issue.

The quality of the swimmers is not the problem. They are much smaller than other brands which is fine but not clearly stated. If the items do not fit they charge you to send it back and then also charge a $38 dollar processing fee. It cost me $56 dollars to return the swimmers. The sizing in incredible small- so no doubt they get a lot of returns

They make a great quality bikini that looks great. It gets lots of looks and showcases me well. I had the opportunity to consult with Emma on the sizing. She was a great help and very responsive. It was a pleasure to deal with Emma because of her helpful advice. Thanks for the HELP!!!

I ordered a bikini in xl top and bottom for reference I’m a size 10-12 aus. The bottom s I could have easily sized down. But the top is ridiculously small. I don’t mind my tops skimpy but it doesn’t even fit my 11 year old daughter and not just the triangle the actual back strap. It’s a joke.

I’ve worn these suits for 8+ years and the quality is unmatched. Always going back for more. Love them

Despite the swimwear fit being completely unsuitable for me, I usually am a medium and these did not cover me at all, and therefore requiring to return them - the fact that an "online only" brand charges 20% to return each item is ridiculous. How are you meant to know your size when these are so small. Very disappointed that they operate this way - even if they claim that it is all 'transparent' before ordering. The policy is not consumer friendly for a business that is only online. I have dealt with online only businesses that send multiple sizes for an item with no upfront payment to allow me to choose the right size. Terrible experience.

I’ve always had an amazing experience with Ark Swimwear - made 3 orders over the years since my first one back in 2019! They have the most flattering fits, the colours don’t fade, and the swimsuits take no space in my suitcase so I can pack as many as I like 😁 I am still using the first bikinis I got 6 years ago and just keep adding new models to my collection. Always get loads of compliments and couldn’t recommend them more 🥰

Ark Swimwear is definitely a fav of mine for high quality basics! My bikinis always last so long and are a staple for me. Ark is one I will always recommend, 10/10 from me!!

Ark swimwear is some of the most high quality swimwear I’ve owned! Super comfy material that is also super supportive and last a long time. I wear Ark when I dive & surf, no issues they’re great bikinis!

I have worn & used Ark Swimwear for years - whether it's a holiday in Bali/Hawaii/Fiji or for photoshoots, they are my GO TO swimwear brand. Quality is good, lasts a long time, comes in a nice box & good packaging. Life long user here.

Incredible quality swimwear!!
The fabric is so incredibly soft and comfortable. I love the cuts they provide and seeing the styles online in such an easy to choose format is amazing. The colour has lasted after wearing them in the sea and pool for a year. Love!

Do not order anything from this website. I ordered 2 bikinis and the size was completely off, they say it’s snug but it’s so uncomfortably tight. So I thought it’s just the style. Kept the bottoms literally thew the tops away. Just ordered again and the top barely covers my breasts… the top is tiny but suppose to be a M. Contact customer care and they want me to pay $31 to return it. Customer service is so so poor. I will just dump this Bikini too. They are rude through email as well. Just don’t waste your money.

I loved my swimsuit. I used the sizing guide. Ordered knowing they said it would be snug and then fit better after wearing it like they say and it’s totally true. I had some issues with discoloration from an over chlorinated pool and they immediately took care of me after I showed them what happened. I will for sure be looking at ordering again!

I love this brand! The swimwear is super high quality, and they offer free express shipping from Australia so I got my suits in just a few days! I had to return one of them for sizing, and the person who assisted me (Emma) was helpful and responded very quickly. This was my 4th purchase from Ark and I will definitely buy again!

WARNING!!! ⚠️ Avoid this business at all costs! You can order three bottoms, the same size same style and all three come differently proportioned and looking like different sizes. Of course, if you send pictures of this, they will get back to you with a five paragraph explanation gaslighting you into thinking you’re an idiot for questioning the obvious. They’ll go on and on and on about how they use different materials for different colors of bikinis and that’s why they’re all different sizes even though they all say medium. The return process is a nightmare from hell. You will pay $60-$80 at the lowest to get your items back to them and you can either choose to have store credit or get your money back -20% restocking fee off of each returned item. It’s a total scam. And they’re very quick to tell you how prideful they are about all of it. There are plenty of amazing swimsuit companies that are 10 X better than this one and will not screw you over every single way they can or gaslight you when you can clearly see with your own eyes that all three mediums are different sizes.

I had a great experience with Emma at ark. So helpful in helping me size and make an exchange when I needed. Suits fit my body really well . My new favorite brand. I am a medium in the under wire top and a small int eh other styles. I am a small or xs small in all the bikini bottoms. They do stretch after wearing in the water so if they are tight at first don’t stress.

Emma provided great flexibility and customer service when I needed to amend an order. Can’t wait for my 4th Ark bikini to arrive!
