I needed an emergency engineer to check my gas.
Nothing was too much trouble and found me an appointment for same day. Excellent service and very helpful.

Tom and the team worked hard and fitted our new boiler very promptly and professionally. Very pleased.

Arlow Plumbing & Heating installed a new boiler and CH systems for me 5 years ago. They couldn't have been more helpful then, doing the work around other building work we were having done. They've serviced the boiler annually ever since, most recently in Feb this year. As always giving a prompt, reliable and friendly service.

The team at Arlow, Kerry and Steve in particular, have gone out of their way to work around our schedules and to provide help and advice with all our plumbing and heating needs from boiler services to one off repairs on bathroom faucets.

We needed someone to come out and repair a faulty faucet fast. Fortunately Steve was checking on a boiler for us at the time. He immediately contacted head office and Arlow had a plumber out the next morning. The job was done in less than an hour. Brilliant!

Second annual service on our Vaillant boiler. Everything thoroughly checked and explained to me, engineer (Steve) really knew his stuff and was a very organised and tidy. (so much better than the disgusting service I had on our old boiler from British Gas.) Well done Arlow.

They came when they said. The engineer was polite and gave an excellent service I would strongly recommend them to other people.

After our boiler packed up completely in early January (leaving us with no hot water or heating) after some quick research, I found Arlow Plumbing on line. They were local but more importantly the reviews were all very good. From my initial phone call to Arlow right up to the completion, which included relocation of the boiler and rerouting of services, they were excellent. The engineers were clean & tidy and got us back on line within a few days. They were also competitively priced and came in on their original estimate ( which can be difficult with an older property with potential unforeseen issues). Overall it was a great experience dealing with Arlow and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Every interaction with every member of staff was polite and professional - the office lady, installation engineer, the engineer who came back to fit the thermostat and the owner. Everything was explained fully and every bit of dust/dirt/packaging was cleared away and the room left as it was before the EIRC was done. 100% recommend Arlow Plumbing and Heating.
