“It usually takes 2-3 business days to prepare the order + 1-7 business days to deliver the package”
I bought them as birthday gift for my family may be I will receive them for next year birthday

Purchased some things for Christmas on 29th Nov and it was shipped on 2nd Dec (all good). Then Evri took control and subsequently ‘lost’ my package. It was clear that the driver stole it as it was out for delivery and then suddenly lost.
Called Armani beauty customer service line and the horrible man on the phone said he can’t do anything, he can’t talk to Evri (even though the contract is with them) and cannot refund/send me a replacement.
Called again and was told by a lady that I have to wait 14 days to request a refund. Absolutely not true or inline with UK consumer rights.
Eventually got a refund through claiming with PayPal. Luckily I didnt pay by debit card.
Would warn anyone against buying from them and the terrible service has certainly put me off from buying Armani products even from third party retailers.

In my experience, Armani Beauty is by far the best retailer I’ve ever purchased from. The scent of their perfume is truly unique and incredibly long-lasting — it stands out in the best possible way.
What impressed me even more was their exceptional customer service. I encountered an issue with my delivery and reached out for assistance. Their team responded promptly and handled everything with such professionalism. To my surprise, they issued a full refund — even though I wasn’t expecting one, as I was still hoping for the parcel to arrive.
As it turned out, the package had been mistakenly delivered to a building across the street from my home. Once I located it and informed Armani Beauty, they told me to keep it with their compliments. Honestly, I was blown away. I’ve never experienced such generosity and care from any other retailer.
Armani Beauty truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them — not only for their luxurious products but also for their outstanding customer service.
Don’t be out of by reviews…
Okay,I bought SWY Intensely as it is a fragrance I’ve wanted for a while. Initially after paying for my product I saw multiple 1/5 star reviews that admittedly put me off. So I called customer service and was greeted with very helpful and reliable advise about shipping times. My product came perfect with the exact type of product, size of product and even the testers I opted for. I don’t quite know why there are so many bad reviews but personally my experience was flawless throughout and my product took 4 days to arrive which is quicker than I thought it would. So I’m giving it a 5/5 stars, this is a trustworthy reliable place to get Emporio Armani products.

The products were delivered very quickly and I am very happy with them. The perfume smells wonderful! all items arrived within the package and there were also a lot of small extra's.
Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I ordered a gift box which has not been delivered. No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. Everi will not help me because I am not the customer just the deliveree.
I don't know where to go to get my money back, but I can prove the goods weren't delivered. Absolutely awful
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I bought a refillable fragrance. The sprayer had a malfunction, they told me they couldnt send a seperate sprayer and eventually we came to the conclusion I would get a new bottle. I send my bottle of to them (after I emptied an almost full bottle, because of leaking hazard) and got my own bottle back with a different cap than the original. In conclusion, several months of contact resulted me in having an empty bottle with an cheap unoriginal cap on it. They refuse to answer me and resolve the issue as initially promised. Very unprofessional team of I assume young people.
I am not buting Armani and other brands from L’oreal group anymore, they just care about taking your money and not about the customers satisfaction.

This site is a rip-off. They claim to have things in stock but after you buy something they will send you an e-mail telling you it is not but will not refund your money. If you want something from the lineup buy at a store not the online BS store.

Went in store and got colour matched and came home and it was way off. They wouldn’t let me take a tester home because apparently ‘you can sue us’ or something stupid. Then went to buy the right one and accidentally bought the same colour. Rang them instantly and there is nothing they can do? Not even cancel after 5 minutes. AND I have to pay for the return. Plus I used my bday gift code that won’t work again if I do what they say and reject the package. So guttered about the service for a well established brand

Over all really happy with my order, unfortunate people have had bad experiences but I’ve had no problem. Confirmation came the day after and tracking was sent the next day to confirm. All items that I have ordered arrived
HORRENDOUS
Ordered a gift set in their sale, the delivery partner was Amazon who left it on my doorstep, hence it wasn’t there 8 hours later when I got home from work.
I’ve tried to contact Armani -
1. The free phone number on their website does not work
2. The contact us form on their website would not send messages
3. I finally managed after 3 days to send a message via contact us - I received a reply to say they would be in touch in 48 hours
4. Ten days later I have still not heard anything

I placed my order on Black Friday, I finally received my order on 3rd December but there were only the free samples in the box and not the actual aftershave! I returned product exactly as advised over the phone by customer service rep. 8 weeks after - still no refund. Emails sent, phone calls made... to no avail. After nearly 5 weeks I am getting email that my refund has been processed. We are getting close to 9 weeks and still no money back. I am glad I paid by PayPal so at least they can step in. Shambolic customer service. One male customer rep was arguing that it takes 30 days for PayPal to process payment. I mean, why would you say such stupid thing. Still fighting for my £40 back.
I would advice, don't return anything. Sell to your friends or family even half price will be better than nothing. I've got no product and no money.
Such a shame as my missus loves their product. But not purchasing anything anymore from this website.

Scam?
I ordered a lipstick which was meant come with a free gift with purchase. I know that the gift is subject to availability, but it added to my basket, then showed on both my order confirmation and despatch emails. But the gift with purchase wasn't included in my order. I see from Facebook that this has happened to many, many others. Do they not have a sophisticated enough system that knows what is available, or was this just an out and out scam?
