Order product a month ago, still not even shipped

Order product 10 Feb, it’s now 07 Mar. So it's been nearly been a month and still hasn't shipped. Armor-X assured me I would have received the product by 03 Mar. Customer service is poor and you only have a messeging service to ask questions. Am now requesting a refund, let’s see how that goes and if actioned I will lift my rating from 1 star. Probably quicker to do a charge back via the bank unfortunately. To many Chinese companies taking your money saying the product is in stock and then weeks later it still hasn't shipped. I guess the upside is will be buying more local product as a result of this systemic problem. EDIT: lifted my rating to 2 stars as they honored the refund via PayPal in a timely manner and apologized.

Amor-X iPad mini 6 waterproof case

I did start a chat at the Amor-X website with a question about mounting the desired iPad case but unfortunately did not get any reaction. Than I did send a mail and still no reaction. Though I decided to order the ipad case and from there it worked really well and fast (although I wasn't prepared that the price was without taxes and import duties), but apart from that I'm very satisfied with the case

customer service doesnt reply…

customer service doesnt reply concerning the package that wasn't received by me because the seller didn't provide information for the customs and customs sent the package back to the origin. hidden customs fees which they don't warn you of. 70 eur down the drain

A load of crap

A load of crap, Looked nothing like the picture and was cheap and tacky looking. Bought one from Amazon instead, it was cheaper had beefier rubber and came with the strap, so no extras.
Always pays to read the reviews. Lesson learned!
