I never got a correct product that I ordered!
My intention was to order just a small sparepart, but since the freight cost, I decided to order other items at the same time. I did get the sparte part, but additional case that I ordered was wrong one. I sent them a message, not angry at this time, and they said, they would send a correct one in a separate package. The "correction" came really fast (in e few days) but it was incorrect for the 2nd time. Since then, they have not been answering to me anymore! :(

Screen protector caused a space between iPad and guard, causing it to be almost impossible to use, sent email asking about a return less than 24 hours after delivery, haven’t heard back

case was made ok. clear plastic film protector on front and back were bowed and wavy making everything uneven and a pain to use apple pencil. the cd player attachment didnt fit into multiple vehicles. after knowing to send it back id have to spend over $20 for tracked shipping to China as well as a 15% restocking fee and for the cd player extension i bought the stick on backer to stick to the case. i stuck it to another case and their return policy reads item must come back unused, after removing it from the other case it had no dbl sided tape so i would have lost another $24 or so. so $115 order -17.25 for 15% then $25 for add-on and $20+ for shipping i would be getting a refund of $52. I opened a case with paypal for badly made products that are warped and dont fit their advertised purpose and ArmorX came back with a $69 refund. At the end of it all I lost about $45 and have nothing to show for it except a case i threw away and a cd player mount and a stick on backer that doesnt fit into cd players. thanks for nothing ArmorX

Excellent products. Fast & Simple delivery.

Windshield mount is great. Accessories are worthless. Don't like how the case shows all the oils and dirt from your hands. Case always looks filthy

I was disappointed in the quality of the product I ordered - a waterproof for a Pixel 7 Pro. I requested an Return authorization as instructed. I have since contacted the company two more times and still cannot get a response. When I looked on the company's website, I found that the model I ordered was discontinued - leading me to believe it was an inferior product. I am still waiting for an RMA and if it EVER comes through, I will have to pay a restocking charge and return freight for a product, apparently, that no one wanted or liked.

They don't warn you that they ship from China and you may pay as much if custom fees as the item itself costs or more, depending on your country. The quality is also not good

Good product but could use improvement the plastic key tends to break rather easily. The price is good and the service is to. Do give them a try I know I look eto buying from them again soon

Product looks good. The electrician Fanny pack is smaller than I expected but good quality.

I absolutely love the case that I purchased it is solid and repels water well. I accidentally dropped my tablet while up on a 12 foot ladder and it didn’t do any damage to the tablet or screen! When my tablet fell I was freaked out but upon examining it there was no nicks or scratches on the case or the screen cover!
It has held well for the durability and strength!!!
I highly recommend these cases to anyone and have not only told but shown my case to all my friends, colleagues and family members!
These cases are superior to any other cases I have had or used over the last 10 to 15 years
I have had my case not even a month and it has held true to its word.
I am extremely hard on cases both personal use and in the work environment; it holds up well!
If anyone wants to know for the price that U pay for these cases it is well worth the price!
Not only are they durable they are also shock resistant too, believe me when I say U will not regret purchasing any of these cases!

Helo, first bad thing is that you doesnt ship to Serbia, so i have to order to Croatia, second is that he DHL text me that i have to pay custom about 25 euros, than shiping 20$, it almost duble then product i was buying.
So thats bad, good thing is your pruduct whic is very, very good.

Sadly, the only advice I can give is to avoid this company. The product I received (UMT-P26 | G-Clamp Mount Universal Mount | Design for Tablet) is not horrible... But it does have one fatal flaw, rendering the tablet mount almost useless on a moving platform, such as a boat. You have to be extremely careful about how you set up the mount, or else one of the pieces has a frequent tendency to come loose and flop to the side. The problematic part is the "XMA-P10 | Aluminum alloy 1/4” Threaded Mount Base"... Perhaps there is some way to make it more secure that I cannot figure out, but no one seems to ever respond to the questions submitted, so I'm stuck with what I've managed to figure out. Substandard solution, and I am already (carefully) shopping for a replacement. I will never be buying something from Armor-X again.

There are no instructions on how to use sticky pads for iPhone 7plus silent mode switch opening. Three are provided with no instructions
I can’t use the cover with my charging base. How can I expect the waterproof charging port cover to be reliable if opening it every day to charge. Plus. My $30 case was soft internal liner and hard external outer shell very elk locked together. Far superior impact protection than armour/x. What’s the go. Just a single hard shell. That I think is insdewyste for the drop test. Not happy at all. And still 3 days no reply on your online chat fir support web page. Disgusting

A X connection with a tablet would be very usefull.
