Terrible price.
My own fault for not spotting it but shame on Armstrong Cheshire. Charged me almost 50% more than a local builder’s merchant.
I should have checked so, learn from my mistake. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was looking for some acoustic insulation and Armstrong Cheshire were the only supplier to follow up on my enquiry. And they (Fred) did so very politely and professionally so I felt it was a no brainer to go with them. Kept me updated on my order throughout the process and were kind enough to follow up after delivery to check if everything went ok.

Highly recommended.

I received the boards quickly and they were the correct product that I wanted. New and in excellent condition.

It was so easy to order the items, a great range and cutting service, so I managed to find all the items I needed and I thought Wow that was easier then expected… it was a couple of sheets of 8x4 18mm ply with cuts, some battens and a small window sill. All good until I was at the checkout and saw delivery £70! If they do multiple drops I’m not sure how this is justified? Anyway went to another supplier and paid £40 delivery

Found what I was looking for on the B&Q website. B&Q's website check-out is not working correctly and could not complete my order by delivering it to me. Found out Armstrong Cheshire was the supplier, so I went directly their website for the same price. They had no problem delivering it to me.

Very good company keep me well informed over my delivery this was delivered in time slot given delivery persons very helpful and polite cannot fault company items delivered in very good condition would recommend to anyone looking for mfd etc prices very reasonable good company

They did what they said they would do and the quality of the stone was first rate

Had a bunch of expensive Supalux sheets delivered and they arrived stacked flat on the floor of a van, (not stacked vertically as they should be). The driver had most probably been treading on them in order to reach other items in the van. We offloaded them fine except the bottom sheet broke clean into 3 pieces on the floor of the van when we tried to lift it. It had clearly been compromised in transit, yet the driver refused to accept so and Armstrong refused to replace it. When I explained in detail what had happened (with photos) they simply ignored my email.

We ordered the goods on Thursday the 4th and were delighted when they were delivered on the 8th. Communication with team was excellent, they even called to check that the delivery had gone well. Fantastic company would highly recommend.
