Easy to pick product online, said 10 days delivery but got the product in 4 days, excellent service and prices

Great product range and excellent customer service.

Have a look at the 1 star reviews and make your own mind up......but don't forget that if you order from them and they mess it up (Which they will) don't say you haven't been warned!!!!

I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER EVER use this grossly incompetent lot ever again!!!!

Update - I repeat NEVER use this lot....they are great liars and the order went to a disability charity...not to me, I only go on Trustpilot when I get sent an e mail recommending I do one.

Maybe Armstrong Cheshire should stop being so incompetent that people have to do 1 star reviews????

Remember, if you order from this lot and it goes wrong, it's down to you - They won't care, just put up a snotty review and they'll answer within minutes lol

Just received and installed the Patio Cathedral Circle slabs. Delivered in 10 days and fitted today. Looks lovely! Would recommend this product.

Very speedy delivery

Quality& Packaging excellent.

Very disappointed that I ordered a top up of pickets to complete a job and they were completely different standard to the first delivery. Different shape with square edges and not rounded at the top- in fact they look like the apprentice cut them on a Friday afternoon after 5 pints. To top it off they where mouldier than a block of Stilton cheese.

i ordered some 18mm 8 x 4 osb board, the delivery driver was so helpful, he asked me where i wanted him to leave the boards and he carried them to the spot i wanted them.
A few days later i had a call from Armstrong supplies asking if everything was ok, they asked if any of the boards had been damaged as they would replace them if they were. fantastic delivery and excellent customer service, if i need anything else building wise, i would use again in a heartbeat.

Order arrived early in morning, delivery staff were excellent and able to place order as close as possible to where I required it. excellent communication through out delivery and after delivery.

Having been informed of the shipping problem, Fred and his team quickly reacted and got my order deliverred within 48 hours.

I would give zero stars , terrible service , still awaiting my goods despite 2 failed delivery’s 15th may and 27th may , don’t use this supplier also told b@q not to use them as a supplier , you can’t contact them by phone if ordered through b@q

Due to a mistake in communication
( mostly my mistake) the first delivery of bulk aggregate went to an address I used to live at. After asking to have a replacement delivery to the correct address Armstrong Cheshire re-scheduled the delivery within 3 days and with fantastic customer relations. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Prompt delivery arranged of various length deck boards. Had to be in 2 batches from different suppliers, but the bulk arrived early on the selected day and the smaller batch the next.
