We kept getting messages in my email that the order wasn't completed! We tried phoning and messaged you, but not response. We finally got through but they didn't know anything about our order! We finally got an Email confirming that the order had been despatched!

Great speedy service. OSB boards arrived 1 week ahead of schedule. Driver asked where he could unload rather than just unload. Would definitely recommend.

The day before my delivery I inquired as to whether my delivery would be AM or PM. Was told I would not know this until the day!
As you can imagine, like everyone else I have a busy life managing a work/lifestyle balance. I feel a notification would allow me to plan around it, not waiting until the day of delivery.

What attracted me to the site was the price of the wood l was after. I needed 50 lengths and viewing other sites the costs were more than a could afford. They were delivered in 4 days and the quality was excellent.

I ordered some fencing material from B&Q, but it was shipped directly from Armstrongsupplies. The consignment went missing and Fred at Armstrong went out of his way to track it down and to rearrange delivery. Throughout the process he kept me fully informed, and I received the replacement shipment within just a couple of days. Great customer service 👍

Ultra fast delivery, technically superlative company, their products are light years ahead of all others. Unbelievable prices. Ordered and expected delivery within a time frame, it wasn’t delivered and there was poor communication with no agreed time, many hours and phone calls later we got the lintel delivered with the help of Fred on the phone, they need to improve the way customers when they have have an issue are able to deal with it easier.

Excellent service. I actually ordered through B & Q and was very surprised at how well I was kept informed of the progress of my order. It was despatched well before the estimated date provided and the logistic company that delivered the product could not have been more helpful. I actually ordered paving slabs which were excellently packaged and no breakages. They even called up after the delivery to check I was happy and had no problems with the product. Would use them again and strongly recommend them.
