I’ve been a loyal customer of Arne for years and have always genuinely loved the brand. The designs are clean, minimal and easy to style, which is what originally drew me in. In the past, the quality always felt premium and justified the price point.
However, over the last year or so I’ve noticed a significant drop in quality across several items I’ve purchased. The materials don’t feel as durable as they used to, stitching hasn’t been as consistent, and overall the garments just don’t have that same premium feel that made me keep coming back.
What’s disappointing is that while the quality seems to have declined, the prices have increased. I don’t mind paying more for great quality, but it’s harder to justify when the product doesn’t feel like it matches the cost anymore.
I still love the brand and really hope this is just a temporary dip, as Arne has been a go-to for me for a long time. I’d love to see a return to the quality standards that built such a strong reputation in the first place.

Tremendous customer service
I have visited this store a number of times with my son's and have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. Today, I had to exchange a piece of clothing I had bought online. Great selection . My teenage sons are repeat online customers so was aware of the quality and fit. My size wasn't on the rack but staff quickly got items for me. My only critique would be that check out was ever so slightly slow given how quiet the line was. Other than that 10/10
