First time visit.
Had ordered some items prior from the website and found the items to be of a good quality and a comfortable fit but this was the first time visiting your store. The store was in a good location, a nice relaxed feel in the store. The store was clean and well managed by the staff with good changing facilities. The staff were knowledgable, helpful and attentive to all the customers, even had the little Cafe in the store which was a good touch. Will definitely be ordering more clothing in the future. Thanks

Fantastic customer services
Fantastic customer services. I had a problem with my basic leather shoes bought before Xmas the staff went out of the way to provide a replacement although they weren’t ones stocked on store and I got the shoes the very next day. Superb

Best shopping experience
Excellent instore service from the lady working, we needed help and she was available on the shop floor . Each area had sales assistants available to help instead of chatting in a corner like other stores. The changing rooms were immaculate and the staff at the till were friendly. Clothes are excellent quality and love that their branding is subtle . Please open more shops as this is always our first shop on the list when travelling to Liverpool

5 Star Experience
I had a wonderful experience at the inaugural official store and was thoroughly pleased. It was great to see additional sizes available in stock, and the initial presentation was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Arne Bites and even purchased some additional Arne gift products. My only suggestion would be to organize the different themes in a way that makes them more easily identifiable.

I have just been in the store with my son who has learning difficulties and often struggles whilst shopping. I asked the store assistant (Jack) to help me pick out a few items for my son to hopefully make the experience go as smoothly as possible. Not only was Jack really knowledgeable and helpful, I would like to give him a special mention for his lovely interactions with son. He asked him his name and told him how smart he looked.
