We do want to clarify that the courier has attempted delivery on three separate occasions. On each attempt, the driver recorded the visit and took images as proof of delivery attempts. Unfortunately, after the third unsuccessful attempt, the parcel was automatically marked as undeliverable and is now on its way back to us.
As soon as this happened, we reached out to you to offer a resolution, either a refund or a replacement, but we haven’t received a response yet. We’d really like to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
