I had to cancel on subscription and the…

I had to cancel on subscription and the experience was completely stress-free. The customer support agent was polite and professional, asking a few quick questions and then immediately issuing a compensation approval. I didn't have to jump through any hoops or spend a long time on the phone. This level of service makes me feel confident to subscribe again.
