Tim was incredible throughout the process of selecting and purchasing our international flights. The fares he provided were competitive to ones we could find on our own. He was thorough, responsive and never missed a detail. On the days leading up to our flights he was in communication with any details we needed to handle. I never knew I needed assistance with flights but now that I have worked with Tim I am sure this is the route to go!

Easy recommend! We we in the last leg of our around the world trip, in Dubai when the skies opened and the desert was flooded. Thousands were stranded at the airport and the airlines had no answers. Carrying the fatigue of travelling for 4 months, we did not know how we were going to get out of there. In that difficult time, not only did Janet put us on the first flight out of Dubai, she also saved our last leg of the trip and had to miss only one city! Timothy started working with my my husband and I in Jan '23 for an around the world trip that started Oct 1. Our itinerary changed many times and grew from 13 stops to 26! He was super patient and kind to us working through this process and the result was the trip of a lifetime at price way below what we thought we would have to invest! 22 days of our trip - right in the middle - were supposed to be spent in the Middle East. When the area became unsafe, Timothy worked through many options with us to replace those days and got 100% of our money back on that portion! He has stuck with us through 7 months of travel and provided a great service! He was available at all times of the day & night. He did all of our check ins / boarding passes so we didn't have to worry about it. Through his planning and use of only quality airlines, we visited 16 countries and 36 cities without one missed flight, no significant delays and not one piece of lost luggage! I tend to "over communicate" and he was extremely patient with me!!! We could never have put this trip together without him and it is a trip my husband and I will cherish forever! We are beyond appreciative!!!

We took a 6 week trip 11/23 thru 12/23. 5 countries and 10 flights and Tim not only booked all our flights and gave us pointers, he remained available our whole trip in case we needed anything AND got us the best deals! Highly recommend and will definitely be using him again!

Excellent service from looking at flights right up to checking that all had gone well. Advice about checking in and 24 7/7 service throughout. Tim's suggestions were always spot on and any time we had questions, he was there for us, seemingly at any time of the day or night.
