Shocking lack of communication. I have spent up to an hour waiting for the swichboard to answer the phone, then been transferred to my Conveyancer who usually doesn't answer , been asked to await a return call which nevers comes so call again. Unacceptable. The same story with emails. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement when I used their complaints procedure. If you want to be left pulling your hair out then climb aboard the Arrow Conveyancing hobby horse. Or stay sane.
Really rude - I called them as I was recommend for them to do my move - when I spoke to the receptionist she put the phone down when I was still talking - so now I’ve found another Conveyancer team - Not a good start !
I do not work with rude people
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
This company are the most unprofessional, incompetent outfit I have EVER dealt with.
Not one single telephone call has been picked up during the three months plus I’ve been dealing with them.
Emails are not responded to and there is no sense of urgency to get anything done.
My estate agent chose this company and even they are now saying they won’t be using them again.
Please, please save yourself time, stress and potentially losing your buyer as you will regret ever setting eyes on them!
Kayleigh was fantastic for us. We came in late to a huge chain. Our buyer needed to be in by Christmas after we sold in late September we moved in on the 13th and Kayleigh made the process as stress free and smooth as possible we can't thank her enough
DO NOT USE THESE CHARLATANS!! buyer of my property used this company during the sale, two months after completion and we are still waiting for them to change over the details on land registry and with the management company of the apartment. As a result I am being chased for payments for a property I haven’t legally owned for 2 months now!
It was a great experience, both being first time buyers we were very new to the process but I feel like it was very smooth! Rianne Jordan thank you for your support and always calling me back the same day if I had a question or the estate agents were being really pushy! The estate agents were the worst in our process so to have a great solicitor just made it easier! I would recommend you and Arrow Conveyancing to anyone in need. Thank you, Ruby ☺️
TLDR: Don’t even think about using Arrow and you can thank me for that incredibly wise advice!
Its NOT worth it, yes they are cheaper than your average….. This is the 1st RED flag. Do not risk your chain falling apart. Do not risk losing your buyer or your seller giving up. A property is the most expensive thing you will ever buy, moving / buying / selling is reasonably stressful anyway DO NOT increase your stress, pain and risk by using Arrow.
My guess is they are cheap because they have twice the amount of clients that a normal conveyancer / solicitor has. They have to make money and their business model is not quality, so it must be quantity. The communication is appalling, total lack of willingness to email / talk / engage with anyone in the chain / or deal with the estate agents or other solicitors. They just do not respond, and when trying to arrange a house sale / purchase or even worse a chain, they are by far the weakest link and always the sticking point.
If you have read this far and you still choose to use Arrow, then you are the master of your own demise! Never again would I wish to partake in any property transaction where someone has instructed Arrow.
Their new tagline: Arrow – “Sharp as a Pancake”
Dealing with this company vicariously as our buyer chose them as his solicitor. They are single handedly jeopardising the process. You can't get through on the phone, and they are utterly incompetent asking the same nonsense questions multiple times. I've heard they don't have many actual conveyancers and instead do the work using administrative staff that then gets signed off. Possibly the most stressful transaction of my life largely thanks to arrows. I can't say strongly enough that you should avoid this company
Kayleigh was helpful and professional at all times keeping me regularly updated with the flat purchase.
We recently bought our first property, and we couldn’t have done it without the outstanding support from Arrow Conveyancing and our solicitor, Robin.
From start to finish, Robin guided us through every step with professionalism, patience, and a personal touch that made us feel valued and cared for. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Robin made it straightforward, keeping us informed, answering every question, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
We are incredibly grateful for her expertise and dedication, and we highly recommend Arrow Conveyancing to anyone navigating the home-buying process. Five stars all the way!

As with all house moves and particularly where a chain is involved our move became frustrating and lengthy. Our conveyancer did drive forward the lower chain, and indeed took responsibility for reenforcing the frustration of us as Arrow's client to get a successful completion

The worst experience I have ever had to deal with .My solicitor is very rude, condescending, arrogant, ignores my emails. Does not answer questions, She just towards emails from the other party. Doesn’t not explain, even when asked genuinely because I know
The agent Yopa have not helped either . Will not be buying or selling with Yopa as they instructed this awful company. 8 months later still being asked for proof of my name .
Terrible company!
It was a fantastic experience, being a first time buyer with little idea about housing, I was well guided. @ Kayleigh Molloy, thank you for your time, support and understanding. The transaction was at some point exhausting but you were so proactive in your approach. I would recommend you and Arrow Conveyancing to anyone in need of a solicitor anywhere and anytime. It was my pleasure to work with you. Thank you, Kayleigh.
Elizabeth.

I recently used Arrow for the sale of a flat with cladding remediation issues, which required Building Safety Act work, which means a lot of extra hurdles to overcome.
The conveyancer assigned to my case initially lost my confidence due to not being communicative enough. As a result, the MD (Hayley) assigned Paula who worked hard to overcome several issues and get the sale completed, keeping in contact throughout.
Had I not had a negative experience with the first conveyancer, I would have used Arrow for the purchase of a flat too, but I couldn't take the risk.
My advice is therefore to give the conveyancer the opportunity to make things right, but if you're still not happy, escalate it to the MD or the referring agent.

Buying and selling property is very stressful and so you need a conveyancing solicitor who can take firm control and manage the process in a calm and professional manner. We were lucky enough to have Kayleigh Molloy acting on our behalf. She was very communicative throughout the process and also very supportive and encouraging when things didn't seem to be going according to plan. We would happily use Arrow Conveyancing again.

Poor communication, they ignore all phone calls and emails, even the complaint handling team are being totally ignorant. Took ages to complete the sale, saler nearly pulled out. On completion day they asked for more money, which I wasn't informed before. On the completion they released they didn't have my bank statements and some signed forms, what did they do for 3 months? I also got a fine as they didn't register the property in land registry on time, had to chase them to inform the management company for the transfer of ownership. One year later they still haven't managed to send Notice of transfer to the freeholder. Fee for transfer of ownership payable to the freeholder is £350, they asked me for £509, and haven't done it anyway. Resolution Team said that they will refund me, but they never did. Haven't done the job, but holding my money for 11 months. Despite my willingness to sort it out with them, nothing happened, so taking legal action. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Kayleigh Molloy has been an absolute rock throughout the sale and purchase of my property, and I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. From the very start, her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for my case stood out. She guided me through every step of the process with such clarity and patience, always making sure I understood the details and felt confident in the decisions I was making.
What truly set Kayleigh apart was her personal touch – she was always approachable and responsive, no matter the time or complexity of the situation. Buying and selling a home is often stressful, but with Kayleigh on my side, I felt supported and reassured. Her attention to detail, combined with her ability to keep everything moving smoothly, made the entire process seamless.
I am incredibly grateful for Kayleigh’s hard work, expertise, and compassion. If you’re looking for a solicitor who not only excels in their profession but also genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend Kayleigh Molloy. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and successful journey!

Poor communication throughout my experience. They won’t pick up the phone and barely ever respond to emails. You have to chase them constantly for anything. Price was ok but wish we had spent more to get a better service. Very stressful experience would not recommend them to anyone.

Good communication with Arrow throughout the process. When I couldn't make the portal work, they kindly sent everything through in paper form. Kayleigh kept me well informed and it felt as if she was 'on my side'.

Communication and updates were vague and not immediate - clearly they had lots in their workload. I’m sure they were very through with searches and the legal aspect - which I why I gave 3 stars. I imagine the whole industry is the same overloaded workload.
