Recently completed using Arrow Conveyancing, was appointed a legal representative Alex who was always available to answer queries and kept us informed and updated.
Price quoted was price paid with building society cash back deducted from final bill.
Few hiccups along the way as I am informed is usual in house buying but always reassured by Alex, who was very patient with us.

Would give zero if I could

Shocking company they quoted me a set price in the beginning and I paid nearly £400 more.

Plus they took my £250 cash back incentive from the lender on top of that without asking and just took it to pay towards the extra charges they popped on the bill at the end (hidden in t&C's but not explained to me over the phone or via email)

Impossible to get in touch with, endless voicemails, emails and waiting on hold to never speak with anyone.

If you're going to go with these people, searches are not included and they cost an extra 400 pound on top of the quote you get.

They do add other charges too on top of this.

Pathetic honestly I'm so mad I didn't check the reviews before Instructing.

No one has refused for you to call me,I won't hold my breath though lol

You stopped emailing me after I explained I was going to the ombudsman, you can't quote £1450 and then charge nearly £1900, bsolute joke at the end without confirming what the charges are for and basically stealing my welcome bonus from Santander.

I do not usually write reviews, but I felt this was deserved. I nearly changed conveyancers after I had signed up with Arrow and then read reviews. I have to say. I dealt with Adam and sometimes Alex. They were both responsive and helpful in their resopenses. The whole process run smoothly from their side of things. I would absolutely recommend.

I sold a property and brought a separate property using Arrow Conveyancing. Laila was my case manager and was fantastic. All issues that arose, Laila dealt with timely and professionally. She was responsive to all emails and calls from myself and answered any questions I had.
I felt like she was on my side the whole time and had my best interests at heart, especially when dealing with tricky buyers and estate agents.

Avoid at all costs! It started off with an estimate that ended up with us paying more than 3 times that amount even though it was a straight forward remortgage. They are nearly impossible to get in contact with, with the calls mostly going straight to voicemail. We had to contact the bank directly ourselves on multiple occasions just to get an update. I’ve never dealt with a team or business as incompetent as these. What should’ve been a straight forward remortgage became expensive and stressful. We started 3 months early and only just make the completion date.

We have been so impressed with the service provided by Alex Smith in the recent purchase of our new home. He has been professional, personable, human and has the made the process feel seamless. He has great communication, emails and calls are answered promptly and always helpful. It has been very reassuring in what could have been a complicated process. Alex is a credit to this organisation and we would definitely recommend Arrow. Our sellers estate agent also particularly mentioned how helpful and quick he has been in responding to them.
