Not usually one to complain but diabolical in every way and I really don’t want anyone to go through the same stress as I did. Communication at almost zero, staff completely clueless, nearly lost us £1000s due to their complete lack of competence. When it was completion day we were told lies about where staff were so they didn’t have to speak to us, then backtracked when they’d been found out. Just the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at ALL costs (we didn’t have a choice as our mortgage provider used them- we’ll be speaking to them too!)
Absolutely disgraceful company. Zero pro-active communication and when they did respond, it was mostly incorrect information or chasing us for documents/info we've already provided to them.
They completed our remortgage before we gave them the go-ahead and I am STILL yet to receive a statement showing the mortgage amount, fees payable and what's payable to our previous lender(s).
They were extremely close to costing us over £7k in early repayment charges because they didn't bother to check the initial term dates with our previous lender. Luckily I caught it at the last minute and we managed to delay completion slightly to avoid this charge.
Hours wasted sending chasing emails and on hold trying to speak to someone to get an update, only to be told "they're in a meeting and will call back shortly". I had to speak to the lender's Partnership team and have them send a strong-worded email to Arrow just to get any kind of response. Then it was back to their usual ways of ignoring emails and calls.
DO NOT use this company if you want to (1) complete knowing exactly what you've paid to your previous lender, (2) want to have any kind of communication with your conveyancer, (3) want any confidence that the information communicated is going to be correct.
Perhaps in their next "meeting with the MD" (which seemed to go on for most of the day) the first item on the agenda should be Customer Service. You will lose your partnerships with lenders and your business will crumble if you don't look after their customers.
Excellent Service
Excellent Communication
No Hassle
Would highly recommend Chloe and team.

Arrow Conveyancing were recommended to me by our Motrgage Advisor at Calon Mortgages. Both were efficient and helpful and Caitlain at Arrow was always very quick to respond to emails. There was a delay in processing but this had nothing to do with either party and I would be happy to recommend both to others who may be looking for reliable Mortgage and Conveyancing companies.

Great service, Paige and Laila were very knowledgable and helpful. I was kept informed at every stage for my sale and new purchase.

If I could give negative points I would. Totally non-responsive and when they do finally respond there are all kinds of mistakes and delays. Only use this company if you want your sale / purchase to be much harder than it needs to be.

We bought our first house using Arrow Conveyancing and can’t fault them one bit. They helped us through the process and kept us up to date with everything. Allison A was brilliant throughout and Sarah F couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.

Efficient , clear instructions , helpful. Had to chase up on a few occasions but always received a prompt reply. To be fair it’s been a messy sale with first set of buyers pulling out at the final hour ! Kayleigh Molloy was my appointed conveyancer and was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided me through the process efficiently.

In what can only be described as a concerted effort to be crowned the UKs most incompetent conveyors of 2025 Arrow Conveyancing seems to have pulled out all the stops to win the dishonour. A feat I'm sure they will accomplish with aplomb.
Although not one of their clients (the gods of conveyancing were smiling down on me) unfortunately the buyer of my property was, (the same gods have a sense of humour,) as does apparently the person who wrote that Arrow Conveyancing delivers a 'fast, efficient service' on their website. It's anything but.
Neither me (the property owner) or the buyer had a chain. A nice, easy, relatively simple property purchase, the offer was accepted in April. Me and my solicitor were ready for the sale of my property since July. Arrow Conveyancing ... Nowhere to be seen. They only seemingly got their act together when they realised that the buyer's mortgage offer was about to expire. It's taken them nearly seven months to complete this sale. For context when I bought the property five years ago (same situation, neither me nor the seller had a chain) it took three and a half months.
They were still asking the buyer for documents the day before completion, which if you're wanting my opinion, is extremely late in the day to realise you haven't got the documents needed to complete a purchase of a property, especially when you've had six months to sort this out. Especially when on your own website you describe yourselves as having 'award-winning professionalism'. A big part of being professional is being able to organise yourself properly so that you have all of the necessary materials/information to complete a task on time. This is clearly not Arrow's strong point (you should read the other reviews on here, it's a recurring problem that's complained about) and definitely does not meet the standards of professionalism. Arrow need to take this claim off the website, they're dangerously close to being in violation of the trade descriptions act. Also who gave Arrow this award? Because there's no way on god's green earth that any outside body reading these reviews could come to the conclusion that Arrow were deserving of it, not unless they were delusional or the competition was so dire that Arrow looked good by comparison. (This is not something, by the way Arrow, that I would be tempted to brag about if this was the case. But then I have high standards, something which you apparently don't share.)
Luckily me and the buyer were in constant contact as were me and my solicitor, between the three of us we managed to apply enough pressure to get this bunch of numptys to get the job done. The point is though that it shouldn't take the collective effort of three people to make a company do their job, especially when they're charging money for it. (The audacity, glad I'm not paying them.)
In conclusion, DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! They are irredeemably incompetent, completely unrepentant (or delusional about their own abilities, it's honestly hard to tell) and you should not give them your money, it would be more productive to throw it off a cliff.
You should read the responses to previous complaints and probably the pathetic response they'll post to this one, because it tells you a lot about them. It tells a story about a conveyancing firm that is chaotic, unorganised, rude and that has poor customer service. It is at complete odds to the story on their website, don't fall for the propaganda.
If you're in the midst of trying to employ a conveyancer and you're reading these reviews with mounting horror (you have my deepest sympathies) my advice is this; when you find a conveyancing company you think you want to employ (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NOT THIS ONE!) read all the bad reviews, see if there are any consistent themes, (the ones here detail missed completion dates, a lack of communication, and a total lack of any customer service skills.) Then read the company replies, (you won't find one iota of contrition from Arrow) because that will tell you how the company responds to criticism and how they deal with customers (badly in the case of Arrow). There are always going to be disgruntled customers and not everything goes right all the time despite people's best efforts, but when you have consistent complaints about the same issues over and over again it's time to see the red flags for what they are and find another company. Perhaps Arrow could take note of all of these complaints and change their ways so they actually live up to the claims they've put on their website. I wouldn't hold your breath but it's nice to be optimistic.

We chose Arrow Conveyancing as recommended by our broker L&C. At first we were skeptical based on some reviews, but we had nothing to worry about and everyone we dealt with was very professional and happy to help. Arrow supported us through one house sale that fell through and as we were so happy with their service, we requested to stay with them when we found a new property. Laila helped us with the first property, and when she was on holiday our file was passed to Alex who handled our case right to the end of successful completion. Both were a pleasure to work with and very professional. We wanted a fast purchase and they were happy to help with this, providing clear and frequent updates, and were very quick to respond to emails.
