Allison was my solicitor for buying a flat, and I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. She was always one step ahead- super responsive, clear in her communication, and completely on top of everything from start to finish. I was definitely that client-asking a million questions and stressing over every detail but Allison was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.
Her speedy replies and attention to detail really made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so efficient and dependable. I felt in very safe hands the entire time.
Would 100% recommend Allison to anyone buying a property.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Rotten, incompetent, useless.
Awful communication. Unable to contact our ‘dedicated’ solicitor.
We have only days left to remortgage and we can’t get hold of ANYONE when financial checks STILL haven’t been completed months in.
****in response to your reply below- we were asked for info in May and we provided it it May. We also asked several times if anything else was needed - we are two months on. Now it’s 6 days before completion and you need info for your checks - I appreciate you have now got back to me, thank you, but it would be nice if other outstanding issues/questions could at least be acknowledged without putting them on a public review site. Even your complaints process managed to ignore my plea for help ****

Kayleigh M. was a professional who dealt with my case.
From start to finish I had clear communication.
Any questions that I had Kayleigh was quick to answer them.
Great experience overall, Thank you Kayleigh and Arrow Conveyancing Team.

Was recommended this conveyancer through L&C and decided to proceed despite the negative reviews online and so glad we did!
Based on my previous experience working in complaints dept to take some online reviews with a pinch of salt - as more likely to get negative feedback than positive. Our estate agent even tried to dissuade us, but I wasn't deterred and created my own viz to ensure timelines were on track.
We were assigned Laila as our conveyancer and cannot say a bad word about her service throughout the process as first time buyers. My preference for communication was email (classic millennial haha) and she was happy to communicate this way. The whole process itself did take 7 months to go through, which was not at the fault of Arrow/Laila but was due to issues with the small chain.
All in all would highly recommend Arrow and Laila - their service was superb!

Absolutely absurd service. I wont bore you with the long details, but the short and sweet version: 2 years ago I was remortgaging and chose Arrow Conveynacing to handle it. 2 years later..(present time) i am looking to remortgage again to a new fixed rate. However, Arrow failed to update the Land Registry in the last 2 years because they couldn't obtain a required document from my property management company. They had been chasing and emailing a dead email address inbox at the management company for over 12 months, but never once thought to pick up the phone to the management company once. Once I found out I am not ready to remortgage due to Arrows failings to update LR in 2 years...I was on the clock with 6 weeks until my fixed rate comes to an end. This was expressed in a formal complaint to Arrow and a manager. They were aware of the urgency and yet failed to make any progress over the coming weeks. However. Once I took ownership of the issue myself and started calling between Arrow and my management company I had the issue resolved within a few days. This demonstrates Arrow did not do all they could in the 12-24 months to actually update my Land Registry documents. Sadly as a result of their failings I am left with paying the variable rate on my existing mortgage because I ran out of time and couldn't remortgage in time...thus Arrows failings have cost me lots of money in excess interest mortgage payments and they failed to accept any responsibility in my formal complaint.
(They also use Land Registry processing times as a decoy for blame...the issue was the Land Registry couldn't even start processing because Arrow failed to provide them all the required documentation..it has nothing to do with HMLR times).

Good service from initial contact. Was quick to come back to me when I needed help and advised me of procedures and way forward when necessary. Would recommend Kayleigh Molloy as your conveyancer.

Wouldn't even give them a 1 star, keep away!!
My brother and I going through a stressful time after losing our father and my brother buying me out of my half of the house.
My brother has tried calling so many times to no answers and cutting off and today gets an email from L&C to say it's completed and yet arrow hasn't even communicated with neither myself nor my brother, let alone taken any of my details, so if its completed, exactly where has the money gone!!!????
Update to response:
Yes we de-instructed you after a couple of months of no response to telephone calls or emails and not even starting the basics of the process.
After only 1 week with a new solicitor, they have done more than you have in a couple of months!!
Then you have the ordasity to send a bill and not send the land registry paperwork that you're asking us to pay for!!! Er nope.... we're not paying for it twice once with you and once again with new solicitor.
You can't charge for an abysmal service you didn't provide and you don't pay for things ahead of receiving them as asked to.
You clearly don't know what you are doing as you suggested we have the probate changed from the executor to our names for the Assent form and deed transfer whilst every other solicitor has laughed at that as probate can't be changed nor needs to be changed from the executor to sort an inheritance property.
I have this misinformation in black and white.
People keep away from them.

Would be lower if I could. The buyer of my property used this ‘company’ and they have yet to complete the necessary paperwork to confirm the change of ownership 7 MONTHS after the sale was completed. This is now causing me no end of legal issues as I begin the process of buying a property. After many months of chasing from myself and my solicitor we are still in the dark of when they will action this or even respond to any emails. DO NOT USE!

Avoid at all costs. As a first time buyer I assumed this company would be good as they came recommended by L&C. How wrong I was. They are poor at communicating and will only respond when it's a simple query or they've been chased through estate agent. They strung out a chain-less application for almost 7 months. They had the incorrect address on their Red Brick portal but wouldn't be told it was wrong. It was "correct on our side" and they'd said to "just fill it in anyway" and they'd sort it out later. From the experience I'd had with them so far, I didn't have any faith they'd amend the address, so I refused. It took me threatening to pull out of the application for them to do anything. I eventually completed on the house with 4 days left before I lost my mortgage offer. Do yourself a favour and find a different company.
They are dealing with the property I’m buying and are truly awful. No communication whatsoever. The whole chain has been delayed for weeks because of them. If I’d known I would have bought another property and/or stipulated they couldn’t be involved!

Adam Houghton has been amazing throughout the whole process of me buying my first home I highly recommend him

Terrible experience with Arrow Conveyancing so far. They have seriously delayed a simple remortgage process. We only get responses when we chase them and even then there's no simple way to contact then.
This is costing us a lot of money as we've previously been on a very high mortgage rate and being trying to remortgage to a lower rate for months. Choose someone else if you have the choice.
Quite simply the most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with. As a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the conveyancing process, I chose Arrow based on their competitive pricing and seemingly decent reviews. How wrong I was!
I knew I had made a mistake from the outset when none of my calls were picked up by Rianne, the solicitor assigned to my purchase. This trend continued throughout the process, and I estimate that out of the 30+ calls I made to her over the 5 month process, Rianne picked the phone up maybe twice. Voicemails and emails were also responded to very very slowly, with 2-4 week waits for a response being the norm.
Other notable blunders during the purchase include:
- The solicitor agreeing an exchange and completion date on my behalf without confirming with me first (I found this information out when the estate agent told me 2 days before exchange was meant to happen)
- The funds for the mortgage being called down 2 weeks early (luckily I managed to call my lender in time to cancel this)
- The solicitor's phone extension number changing without notice (I was not told this and when I made 1 of the 30+ calls to her, I genuinely feared she had left the firm when it said number not recognised)
- The solicitor being on annual leave on the date of exchange (of course this was again not communicated with me)
The initial estimate was also wildly different from the final cost, with several 'extras' being added over the course of the process and resulting in an additional £1,100 being added to the bill.
This is BY FAR the worst firm I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and I urge anyone considering them to give them a wide birth and look elsewhere.
Such a fantastic experience with Arrow fast efficient service from Laila and Melanie who supported us throughout the process.
Many thanks for all your hard work,

As a first-time buyer, I expected some stress — but Arrow Conveyancing turned what should have been an exciting milestone into a complete nightmare.
From the outset, communication was appalling. Emails went unanswered for days
, direct extension line never got answered , and I constantly felt left in the dark. As someone new to the process, I needed guidance, but what I got was confusion, delays, and a total lack of transparency.
I often had to chase them just to get updates on my own property purchase. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and certainly no client care.
In short, Arrow Conveyancing failed at every step. If you’re a first-time buyer hoping for support, clarity, or even basic competence, look elsewhere. This was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
Worst surveyor to exist. They should be reported and shut down for the poor service they provide, they have managed to not do their job yet manage to ask for additional fees to do the work they have already been paid to do (but not done for 5 years).
Never ever consider using them. You’re better off asking a 5 year old to act as a surveyor for you because that is how useless they have been.
I began my experience without a great opinion due to the case manager, Samina that I had beforehand. However, when Leonie Petch took over on my case everything was great. She was extremely efficient in responding to my emails and giving me updates and tried to do everything possible to ensure I had the service I wanted and to get the completion date I wanted. Overall, I would recommend arrow conveyancing.

Chloe was the person assisting me. Any issues she was on top of immediately and she always made sure things ran smoothly and quickly. I was kept informed all of the time and she made sure to respond to emails quickly. Excellent customer service from her, 100% would recommend

Unprofessional, dragged the process out beyond belief. Impossible to get a response for weeks on end. I wish we swapped back to our family solicitor and very disappointed they were recommended to us. A tiring and disappointing experience.
