Awful service, did not respond to messages in a timely manor which resulted in my client not completing on time. I will never use this company again.

The person dealing with our case had the paperwork for a week before contacting us. She had obviously not read any of the paperwork as we had to tell her the details. She refused to help expedite our land registry. No one answered emails or telephone calls. We were passed from one person to another. We emailed the next person over and over again without reply and then when they finally replied it was to reprimand us like a four year old child for emailing so many times. The next person to deal with us when we complained and said they were not customer focused and we were paying a lot of money for their service sent a message back to tell us that actually the mortgage company was paying them - Doh! Who's paying the mortgage company. All in all a bad experience. Staff are in no way customer focussed, couldn't care less and are downright rude. They literally took us to the wire with our mortgage, the mortgage money being paid to the bridging loan company the day before it was due to end. Cost us an awful lot of money in extra interest because no-one actually seemed to care about us. The only reason they have one star is because I can't give them any less

Slow communication and didn't adhere to mortgage offer requirements
Their communication is woeful. Multiple calls from myself were not returned, and follow-up emails were not responded to either. We used them because our mortgage company mandated it - I would not use them if I had the choice.
Originally, we were a bit dubious about enrolling Arrow Conveyancing for our sale and purchase, as we’d read some extremely negative reviews online. However, the convenient cost of their fees convinced us to give them a try.
From the moment we were assigned to Leonie Petch, we knew our experience was going to be smooth and stress-free. Leonie was always in touch, quick to respond to both emails and phone calls, and worked tirelessly to provide a true five-star service. She kept the entire (very long) chain moving and made sure we completed on time, which was no small feat!
Thank you, Leonie, for all your hard work on both our sale and purchase. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated conveyancer.

You would like me to review you ! Mmm .. Well let me think ?!!…. You were the most incompetent, rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, people / company we have ever dealt with. Customer Service Skills were appalling. We didn’t choose to use you, and certainly would NEVER use you again.
A VERY unprofessional service from
start to finish.
We hated even having to make contact with you as it was so distressing for us.
It was the worst experience of our lives dealing with your dreadful company, and are so relieved we will never have to deal with you again.
We have, and will, warn everyone against using you.
Be warned people !! Do NOT use this company.
Kayleigh Molloy is a diamond. No matter when I contacted her she replied and dealt with my concerns professionally and courteously. I would not hesitate to recommend Kayleigh to future buyers/sellers to make the home moving journey a little easier.

I was referred to Arrow from L&C for my remortgage. Not a great experience - it was very hard to get in touch with the conveyancer, the fee ended up being nearly 3x what we were quoted at the outset, the completion statement was wrong and I had to have multiple back and forth emails about legal points as the advice received was incorrect.
Would not recommend!

I am an older customer with an aversion to IT. Arrow Conveyancing were supportive going above and beyond to help me deliver my side while delivering a professional, effective and efficient service at all times. I rarely complete Trustpilot reviews but I have no hesitation to recommending Arrow Conveyancing to anyone considering working with them.

Absolutely appalling service-avoid at all costs. Tried to ring from Day 1, completely closed, no explanation. I emailed to ask what they needed from me, no response. Sent in several emails. Mortgage broker tried several times to speak to them, told they take 48 hours to respond to correspondence, so effectively one conversation a week, each time asking for something else, and not answering my ?'s. Have had to re-send same information up to 3 times in some cases. Each time asking if they needed anything else, and for an update re timeline to completion, no response to this ?. Even the mortgage broker could not get hold of them by phone or email in most occasions. Rasied higher and to Mortgage provider, who seemed oblivoius to the poor sevice their customer was receiving, but once informed, to be fair, they said they would reduce their turnaround time once completed. Still waiting for timeline from Arrow and confirmation they have everything from 19/06/25, resent 25/06/25. Asked for their complaints email , only to be told by the person I would be complaining about, that I had to send to her, I replied that this would be entirely inappropriate due to the nature of the complaint ! Replied to say has been passed on to the manager, and they have just replied as I type this, that this will be completed on 08/08th, which is the date the balance statements are good to. Oh and they are asking for that information again, even though I have already sent it to them on a seperate email trail. If you want to use a company who have no interest in completing anything in a timely manor, and if you are happy dealing with an unconsciencious company, with huge issues with poor communication, failure to practively progress your case and by their own admission, and don't even assign a registered solicitors to deal with your case (see SRA web site where there are only 4 registered solicitors for this firm and none of them were assigned to oversee my case -per their own email confirmations), by all means use them...and the final insult will be that I will have to pay for it!

If it was possible to rate 0 stars I would.
We've missed our completion date, had to pay to have our house valued again because it ran out, stuck on standard variable rate as our fixed term mortgage period expired and there was nothing we could do.. Radio silence from the totally incompetent Fahmida at Arrow. All effort and paper work was completed by ourselves and the sellers solicitors, Arrow did virtually nothing . Assumed it would be a decent service as L&C brokers set up for us. As of today we have still not completed- this was set for end of June. Absolute nightmare
Allison has just helped me complete my purchase of an apartment, and she was the best solicitor I've ever had. She was always very professional, confident and patient during our conversations. Her assistant, Timi, has also been very nice and helpful while Allison was too busy to respond.
With a bit of knowledge of the conveyancing world, it would be unrealistic to expect any solicitor to be readily available for me every day. There are guaranteed waiting times, and some can feel significantly longer than desired. There will also be times when your phone calls are not answered/returned and e-mails not replied to, which can be quite frustrating. My experience with Allison was no exception, but people should realise that this doesn't prove anything negative.
From the very start, Allison showed that she was always 100% sure of the next steps, and I was sure that I will hear from her in due course without any need for me to chase up, even if it was longer than I had expected. As long as I carefully read and followed her instructions during the different stages of the process, everything progressed very smoothly and steadily, and I have now completed less than three months after I first viewed the apartment.
Thank you for your excellent service!

Faiza our conveyancer was lovely and dealt well with our stress levels. Thank you to her, her team and Sarah in Technical Support for getting our sale and purchase completed by our requested date

Shocking lack of response to phones/emails. We completed last week and I have still not received my funds or any response to calls/emails. This is clearly costing me daily. It is not acceptable to retain client funds and simply ignore them. The standard of service, for the hefty price charged or at all, is appalling. I will be complaing to the CLC and John Charcol, the broker who recommended them. They should not be on any panel.

L&C recommended Arrow Conveyor to us. Faiza Iqbal helped us through out the process. Even though we were bit anxious as the exchange and completion was at the same date but everything happened very smoothly and we got the keys by 12:00.
One thing I must tell you that Arrow contact you when they have an update. It is a a stressful process but don’t get stressed out please.
