While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

CAUTION - shady pricing & service tactics

CAUTION - this chain of stores operate medieval and seriously shady business practises. I reserved an air con unit at 09:00 at the advertised price of £428. Upon arriving at the store, the gentleman said the price had increased to £540 due to a manufacturer's price rise! Which happened to be in the middle of the UK heatwave, how convenient. They speak to each other in their native language so customers don't understand what they are saying. Stay away from these crooks and do not give them your business.

Arrow to rescue!

I organised a very important dinner, all the light's in my kitchen just didn't work, I called out Arrow Electrical Services, they came out extremely fast, they didn't leave until they found and fixed the problem, I was extremely grateful because it turned out mice had chewed the wires. Thank you!!
