Thank you so much for your kind words! Your daughter has been one of our first students here, she always has a strong vision of how she wants her artwork to look and we really enjoy supporting her artistic development. 🎨

It was particularly rewarding to be a part of her Van Gogh painting, which she really made her own and took her time to perfect!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Feedback from parents is always valued, as it helps us continue to enhance the experience we provide for children and families.

We're pleased your daughters enjoyed the opportunity to explore a wide range of art materials during their time with us. During their visit, they would have taken part in our carefully prepared 9+ and 11+ projects, designed specifically for their age groups and incorporating a range of media including watercolour, acrylic, clay and mixed media. These projects are planned to challenge and inspire young artists while helping them develop new skills and techniques.

art-K workshops are a special place for children aged 6-16, creating an environment where young artists of different ages can learn, create and inspire one another. We find that this mix of ages helps foster a supportive and non-competitive atmosphere, allowing children to learn from one another while progressing at their own pace. While children under six are not permitted to attend our workshops, we appreciate that age can sometimes be difficult to judge, particularly in a creative environment where children of different ages are working together.

Children have access to drinking water throughout the day and are encouraged to speak with a member of the team whenever they need anything.

Having reviewed the workshop with the team, we recognise that this particular session felt busier than we would typically like. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue to refine and improve the experience we provide for all children attending art-K workshops.

Our Branch Manager has now spoken with you directly to better understand your experience and listen to your concerns. Thank you for taking the time to have that conversation and for being open to hearing further context about the workshop. It was appreciated that the discussion was approached with understanding, and that different perspectives on the experience could be shared. A follow-up email will also be sent today and, should you wish to share anything further, you are very welcome to reply directly so we can continue the conversation.

We recognise that parents will naturally have different expectations and perceptions, particularly within a mixed-age creative environment, and feedback such as yours helps us continue to reflect, learn and improve the experience we provide for all children attending art-K workshops.
