Customer Service was good
One item was missing, it was replaced but arrived to late. The bag was lovely but the recipient (it was a gift), felt it was too big for her.
Both items have been returned, Royal Mail will probably take an age to deliver back!

Fantastic kimonos
The kimonos were shipped very quickly and I was thrilled with my order.
The colors and the embroidery are simply wonderful.
But now my girlfriend is very sad because unfortunately my kimonos don't fit her; she would be very happy if you perhaps offered larger sizes, maybe up to size 24.

I ordered a bag for an event paid for 48h tracking, parcel was delayed. I had to chase and ask why it hadn't arrived although customer service was good overall experience was disappointing parcel will now had to be returned and event has been and gone
