The google chrome mirror screen is unable to pair with the remote and unable to connect to WiFi. I’ve spent over a year trying to connect it, and all the customer service does at artforma is tell me the same misinformation over and over. It doesn’t work, but they don’t seem to care. I’ve given them ample opportunity to help me connect the screen, but customer service simply does not care to help you.

Great materials, very easy to install and fast delivery!!! Such a great experience,that’s why I just ordered two new products!!

Great mirror. Works as advertised. I bought the weather station version with Bluetooth speakers.

The mirror is amazing, very good designed and worked out 👍, it was here very quickly and the packaging was save and well. We definitely recommend artforma and would order again anytime.

I wouldn’t buy Artforma mirrors if I were you.

I ordered one, then had to put my bathroom project on hold. When I got around to finishing it I put in the mirror.

I was disappointed when the small tv in the mirror had white light bleeding in from the right side. This was just 30 minutes or so of turning it on.

You can take your chances or waste $1,300 on this. I will be looking to just throw it in the trash as the warranty period is over.

Beautiful back lit mirror that really enhance my space , Great speedy service and well packaged for delivery. Good quality product, I’m very happy with it. I’ve had previous with another Illuminated mirror company who weren’t so good to deal with so this was a very pleasant experience. Happy to recommend.

Mirror is damaged and claim filed but not resolved....still pending. Have not been able to get the systems on the mirror to work yet and having difficulty locating a customer service rep to talk with.

Terrible company to deal with… I bought a oval mirror to hang horizontally but the hooks only allow it to hang vertically… I asked if they would send new hooks and they said I need to pay for them and I automatically lose my warranty… this is ludicrous and no returns are allowed which was not mentioned when I placed the order… also for the price the mirror is not even that nice, bang average… avoid

I am completely satisfied with my new custom-made mirror. It fits perfectly in the spot I needed it for.

The product offers a wide range of configuration options, and the mirror itself is spotless and of extremely high quality. The packaging was very well-protected, and the production and delivery were impressively fast.

I contacted customer support several times via WhatsApp. The responses were incredibly helpful and very friendly.

Just keep in mind the return policy and be sure about the size and the configuration. It is a custom made product. Just for you!

The range of customisation options are fantastic. There’s so many options and combinations to choose from, The smart mirrors are particularly good value and are similarly priced to other mirrors that don’t have a smart screen in it.

I get that mirrors are nonrefundable, but this is a terrible business strategy. I ordered the wrong size, and that's on me, but to not accept an unopened return for a $1,000 mirror to swap for another size is a terrible thing to do to your customers

Absolute scam! I bought one of their battery operated LED mirrors which states on their product page you could use the light to shave or apply makeup. The light is so dim it's barely ambient and the quality of the mirror is atrocious. For £135 I didn't expect the mirror to look like the clearance section of a pound store. They claim the mirror is custom made to order even though no customisation was made and it's a standard product in their range that they are presumably drop shipping. As such they do not accept any returns. Now I'm stuck with a hideous mirror that doesn't work as advertised and I'm £135 out of pocket.

Beautifully crafted mirror, lighting is fabulous. I would highly reccomend Artforma for anyone that's looking for an LED mirror.

Deceptively low quality. Stay away! Our very expensive mirror started rusting after 2.5 years, conveniently out of their 2 year warranty. They offered me 10% off a replacement purchase (5% is offered on the website anyways). This is complete robbery - they sell low quality products and are happy to charge a premium for it. Imagine having to replace your mirror every two years? STAY WELL AWAY OF THIS COMPANY!
