Can’t fault the service received, delivery was within the timescales given. Arrived well packaged. The mirror is stunning, although my husband doesn’t think it’s worth the cost- I disagree as it looks so good. Some reviews I’ve seen say they think the light isn’t bright enough… the light is for aesthetic and I believe the brightness is more than adequate.

Was nervous ordering the large mirror due to the shipping. An insurance was offered to take out for free to cover the item in transit as the company doesn’t cover transit. However, it arrived in perfect condition, could not fault the packaging and delivery. (Box was edged inside with wood). Mirror is amazing, especially with the Bluetooth, LED and de-mister. Would highly recommend this product and company.

I purchased the battery operated mirror and I am very pleased with it. It came quickly and is the finishing touch our bathroom needed. It was expensive but worth every penny.

customer service was great when i was concerned about where the mirror was. we got the mirror and it is really pretty, light turns on and off with just a wave of the hand. bluetooth works great for listening to music. the thing i really have an issue with is the tv has to have an external bluetooth which i never saw in any description prior to purchasing. i bought a mirror with the internal speakers so i wouldnt have to do that. this is where customer service couldnt or didnt answer my question. they gave me a link to a youtube video on how to hook up the chromecast to a bluetooth, which i knew how to do that, but when i asked if i had to use an external speaker i was told i had an internal speaker, then when i said i was confused about the video sent to me and the fact i had internal speakers, i was asked if i followed the instructions in the video. well i bought a bluetooth just for the mirror. i am not to thrilled about that, but whats done is done...i like the mirror otherwise.

*update* the internal speaker that kept showing as an available device would not connect after trying several times. this is why i had been confused about having to use an external speaker. this time when i tried to pair the 'mirror phone' as it is named, it paired and now the sound is coming from the internal speakers and i do not have to use the exteral one. thank you

My order was placed and approved April 25,2024. Today is May 31st. I’m still waiting for delivery.
I received an email from DHL saying that my package will be delivered on May 30, 2024 by end of day. I called DHL to confirm and they did, but never delivered.

We bought two large lit, heated mirrors for €550 each in 2021 and they looked good…at first! After ONLY two years the silver at the bottom of both mirrors started to corrode. This has got worse on both mirrors and we tried to get them replaced, because it is clearly a manufacturing/quality problem.
As the mirrors were LESS THAN A YEAR out of the two year warranty they refused!!
By paying a high price we thought we were buying a high quality product but clearly not!
We have now bought larger, lit and heated mirrors for half the price that are equally as good with a TEN YEAR warranty from the main European DIY store. (I cannot use the name as Artforma used this to get a previous negative review taken down!). Although they have a lovely website clearly don’t care about quality and don’t care about customer service. They REALLY care about having negative reviews removed from any sites. Avoid this company!!

Love the Mirror. Very Beautiful Design. Not happy that I cannot control the Brightness of the Clock Display. Way to Bright at Night creating too much light coming out of Bathroom.

Nice product, but it was not well-made in that you can’t turn it horizontally or vertically. It’s only made for horizontal which meant I had to retrofit my own brackets on the back. No way to call them because they’re a foreign company I would not buy from them ever again

The mirror arrived promptly. Internet site failed to show end design before ordering. Unable to see size of bevel edge. Once ordered you cannot change order even within an hour. Mirror arrived well packaged. LED driver hums when light off. Mirror heater demister only very small area. On and off switches are akin to flood lights at night.

We purchased almost 30 mirrors from Artforma to complete a bathroom renovation project in NYC. Our customer Service Manager Representative Natalie was very response and attentive to our project. The overall product is beautiful and had received many compliments on them. Very happy and satisfied with the finish result and experience.

The mirror is awesome, you’ll need a recessed tv box in your wall to plug the cables into and a 15amp male plug to allow you to hide the wire, once that is done, it’ll sit flush on the wall

I purchased 7 mirrors from Artforma and I can tell you they are of super high quality. It's definitely NOT CHINA JUNK.
They are all modern looking and the LED are quality. Great customer service as well!

received nonworking weather and time. impossible to set up. many people have tried. it takes to long to return. i finally got to fill out the form. but the form is not loading... can someone help me to return this or exchange

This is the third mirror we have purchased from Artforma, anyone who has used one of the three bathrooms has commented on the mirrors. We love them

This is a completely unethical company. I wish I read the reviews here before ordering.

As you will see, they will deliver a cracked mirror, then say they do not cover "mechanical defects". A crack is not mechanical! And just because they say something isn't covered doesn't make it right.

Just read all the negative reviews and avoid this company.

For clarity, we followed their directions exactly. We verified that there were no mechanical defects before installing. Once installed, a cosmetic defect became visible when the mirror is illuminated.
