Their products are really good
Their products are really good. Worth the money. Their customer service could use some work, but in the end they do what they are supposed to do. I ll order more products in the future, if needed. I recommend them.

The products are high quality
The products are high quality. A must if you want to personalize your bathroom with a custom mirror. Would recommend getting the built in led clock.

DON'T BUY!!!
I received the product perfectly packaged and in one piece no damages, everything is working perfect so far but i only have it for less than a month. The only reason why i did not give 5 stars is that is too expensive for a mirror and not the weather station and all the gizmos, that i expected to be expensive but the mirror glass itself way too much than it is worth.
LE: mirror exfoliated on the sides, had to return and get my money back. It took 3 months to do that, customer service is extreemely bad

Long delivery time
1. Long delivery time, with no transactional communication. From the moment I placed the order since was delivered, no info from Artfroma ( it is in production?, ETD…)
2. We’re missing a template/stencil on paper on a 1 to 1 scale for installation.

As for the manuals we don't provide them in paper, we attached a QR code to the mirror with link to all our manuals.
We have sent you email with more information about this. Can you check it our and respond? It was sent to the same email address where the rest of emails were sent to.
