What a brilliant idea to be able to choose the contents of your hamper and therefore tailor it to the person and how much your spending.
I bought it for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. He absolutely loved it.

I sent the hamper as a gift and I believe it was well received. It arrived exactly when expected, the product range was great, and much more resonantly priced than other pre-made hampers I’ve looked at. I also somehow missed putting a message in the card, and someone reached out to me to ask if I’d like to add a message the next morning, resolving it with no delays to the delivery! Very grateful for that.

The delivery guy left it in full view in front of the house and it was stolen. Artisan Deli Market offered no solution and didn't follow up on their inadequate delivery service. I would not recommend them, as their customer service is woeful

I’ve used Artisan Deli several times now and have always been offered fantastic products that are beautifully packaged with timely delivery - I especially like the way the website splits the products into different categories (savoury, sweet, drinks etc) so your hamper can always be personalised to your own needs - would fully recommend!

Using Artisan Deli Market is a bit like the pic-n-mix sweet counters where you could choose all your favourites, rather than having someone else make the selection. Just like the sweets, it can easily go over budget because the range and quality of the items on offer is so good! However, the growing price of your selection is clear from the start, including the inevitable cost of the hamper itself, which is often hidden with other suppliers. This was backed by excellent customer service. The hamper was a gift and the recipients said "it looks amazing" and that it was "packed full of treats, wine, snacks and ingredients - such a great selection of things to enjoy, use and well…enjoy some more!"

Realised as soon as I had placed the order I had put the billing address as the delivery address! Reached out via email and got a reply the next day saying this could be changed right away no hassle! Great customer service and the hamper was brilliant!

Wow ordered a hamper that I had created myself and spent £70 and was very disappointed with the tiny items that arrived! Total rip off!

Outstanding customer service! I inadvertently had to correct an address and they promptly answered my email, corrected the error I had made for me, kept me informed throughout the entire delivery service and delivered an extremely high quality product. I was informed by the delivery service when my gift was picked up, where it was in the delivery process and when it was delivered. The recipient loved the gift and there were so many high quality items to choose from that anyone and everyone would truly enjoy a gift from this shop!
