Great service and communication from the team at Artisan travel, from the moment I made the enquiry through to a call a few days before the holiday.
Offered a number of options to choose and add on such as transfers.

We recently went on a last minute trip to Lapland and Artisan Escapes were nothing short of fantastic. Great communication and incredible value. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. We’ll definitely use Artisan Escapes again in future.

What a great holiday and a big thank you to Artisan Escapes and Megan their travel adviser. Nothing was any trouble and they planned the perfect holiday for us on Gran Canaria in the beautiful Puerto Mogan at the Raddison Blu. Full itinerary, transfers and more. Updated us and provided timely reminders before, during and even a welcome home. Not the first time we've used Artisan Escapes and certainly won't be the last. This is what service should be and delivered by a team that genuinely care about you and giving you the very best holiday and travel experience.

We have used Artisan Escapes numerous times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. They helped us choose a hotel and location (and I ask lots of questions!) and can sort everything including check in if you want them to, and even managed to get us the best jet2 price.
Ann and the team are second to none and we would highly recommend them. In fact have already made lots of recommendations to our friends to use them. Now just to book our next trip!

Great experience with Artisan from start to finish. Ann and her team are friendly, helpful and make the booking of a holiday with great ease. Megan ensured that we got exactly the holiday we were looking for on our 25th Wedding Anniversary! The flights, hotel and transfers were seamless and we didn't have to worry about anything. Will definitely use the services again!

Nothing was too much trouble. They are a great team. We couldn’t book online as a group so Ann did it for us and sorted everything out. We struggled when it came to checking in online and so I just emailed pictures of our passports and they did it all for us. Had the best Hen Party in Benidorm. Wish I could do it all again.

Just returned from a lovely short break in Tenerife booked through the team at Artsian. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I am terrible for keep asking more questions and changing my dates but it’s never an issue. Ann and the team always come back with the foods and a smile and so for the last 4/5 years always book through them and they offer great value for any end of the budget.
Looking forward to me next trip - already booked through artisan!

Thank you Artisan Escapes of Whalley for organising our trip to see the Northern Lights in the Yukon. The dates and flights didn’t originally quite suit us but Artisan Escapes spent a lot of time and effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They also organised our cold weather gear, husky sledding and accommodation in both Whitehorse and Vancouver (The Listel - great hotel). What would have been a very bitty and complicated holiday to organise by yourself was made so easy by Ann and her team. We’ll certainly be using you again.
