This is a copy of an email after weeks of excuses and no delivery. Once again no item delivered and Fedex haven't been contacted to pick anything up to deliver. All Artisterial have done is create a label. NEVER GIVE THIS SCAM A LOOK IN. Also I haven't had any response to any email since.

Avoid!! Terrible customer service and paintings not to the quality as advertised on their website.
Ordered 2 paintings and what showed up was not as advertised. Took about 6 months to arrive. Also arrived from China with customs to be paid. The website leads you to believe they are coming from Europe.
Currently trying to return. Initially was told there would be a €250 charge to return the paintings. It was €50 in their terms and conditions at the time of ordering. They manually changed the terms and conditions and sent me a copy showing €250. It currently reads €50 on their website. After all that they then refused to return the paintings as they were “sale”. The paintings are still on sale months after we ordered them. They then stopped replying to my emails and blocked me on Instagram.
Currently dealing with the ECC regarding my consumer rights. They have advised I am entitled to a refund. They cannot reject on the basis of an item being on sale and they cannot charge a return fee. It should be a reasonable cost to cover the return of the paintings to their European office advertised on their website, not China. More than likely going to have to take them to the small claims court to get a refund.

If you look into artisterial's Instagram, you will see enormous amount of scammed buyers with the same crappy experience as myself. I should have read more reviews about them before making the purchase. Now I learned my lesson the hard way.
Crappy service, reply after 1-4wks, dented frames, agree to compensate and leave you all alone, won’t reply to email after. Total scamp, I lost $1000 usd and while waited for 4 months for my broken paintings.

Dishonest company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I bought a painting online, and they just would NOT tell me when they would deliver it. I have now sent lots of emails asking for a cancellation and a refund, but they just won't reply to my emails. I'm currently without the painting and without the money. I will have to ask for a chargeback with my bank.
Update 08/11/2021 The response from Artisterial is NOT true. You only replied to me 2 days ago saying the refund was processed ‘several’ days ago. However, that's not the case as I have NEVER received the money back.
Update 09/12/2021 This is to confirm that after 50 days, no refund has been provided as she states on her comment. Michelle is a liar and a scammer who got £356,40 from me. She only ever replies to emails when I come to Trustpilot to complain, otherwise she totally ignores my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, or you'll lose your money.

Do not buy from them. I don't like the product they sent me. It's not what I ordered. I have been requesting instructions to return the painting and get my refund. They just ignore my request.

I’m not surprised about the bad…
I’m not surprised about the bad experiences I’m reading here. I had the exact same situation. Ordered a paint in May 20th and it’s Oct 7th and nobody is responding my emails nor Instagram, Michelle C was replying and confirming the painting was about to be sent to their warehouse and after that it was going to be shipped to our home, obviously that didn’t happen. It’s been so hard o try to get an answer and seems they blocked me. I am completely disappointed but still hoping to see one day the painting arriving home. I don’t know what else to do.

Extremely bad experience
I ordered and paid for a painting in January 2021, never shipped. Emailed the customer service in April, Michelle C replied me in May 2021 saying that my painting would arrive in their warehouse soon and would be shipped once arrived. BUT, after that, nothing arrived, and no more email responses till today!! I do not recommend any of you to order from this company.

Purchased a painting over 5 months ago. They have ignored all emails & have now blocked me on social media due to me trying to get any sort of update on our order.

SCAM!
Ordered a painting in March and never received it. I got an e-mail in June stating that the order is considered complete. I responded that I hadn't received the painting and got a apology reply saying I should receive it soon. It's now Sept. and after numerous attempts for status, I get nothing. Complete SCAM!

Beware!
Ordered a painting back in January 2021. Fast forward to September 2021 and i have not received my order yet.
Got various reasons from them such as: a major eruopean canvas maker went bankrupt to some framework material from Japan being delayed due to the Suez Canal incident. Back in June they said that their container had arrived and they would Fedex my order asap. Still no painting.
Beware. Major, major scam.

Took 3 months; Arrived Damaged.
Order took nearly three months to arrive. When it did arrive, it had a huge hole in the box, and in the canvas. I've written customer service twice with no response. I'll keep trying but you would think someone would respond to customer service requests.
Never arrived
Waited 5 months, my painting never arrived, a new excuse every time I wrote to customer service, and in the end, they stopped answering me...

Scam?
I ordered one painting on 10th April. It is now 14th July and I am yet to receive it. Very little response to emails, told 2 weeks ago I would receive the tracking number the next day and still not received it. On my “online account” that status hasn’t changed from “processing”. Emailed them a few times saying i think it’s a scam and I want an urgent update or I’ll be requesting a refund - no reply.
