I’ve been living in hope that my art…

I’ve been living in hope that my art would arrive even after reading all the negative reviews here. I have tried and tried with many emails and they best response is “it’s been delivered”

Product Received

I ordered this painting 2 months ago almost 3. It took forever but it finally came. I thought it had a gloss finish but it doesn’t it’s straight canvas. I love it! Looks just like the pictures on the site minus the glass like finish but I think it looks more classy that way so I’m happy. Customer service responded once after 4 emails for an update. But I received it so no harm no foul.

SCAM! Do not buy from Artisterial!

Scam Alert!
Ordered weeks ago 3 paintings.
Was supposed to be shipped on May 13.
No news. No updates. No replies to my emails.
I asked for a refund, no answer.
Pathetic customer Service.
This is most likely a SCAM.
Do not purchase from these crooks.

No response I’m very disappointed at…

No response I’m very disappointed at least let people know what’s the status of there products if I’m spending 300-600 dollars on pictures I expect communication

2 month wait for 3 paintings...scam??

We are yet to receive 3 paintings that I ordered on 17th March, and it is now 16th May. I have emailed asking for clarity of when our paintings will be delivered and had very vague responses. I am starting to think this is a big scam.....beware...

The painting looks fantastic

The painting looks fantastic and I had to wait slightly longer than I expected however it was worthy. Re delivery slightly more frequent update/ communication could be encouraged. Overall I'm really happy with this fantastic product. Thanks.

Absolutely pathetic customer services

Absolutely pathetic customer services. Its been over a month since i placed an order (Order Number - 8343) and so far haven't received any update on delivery status. I have sent almost 5 separate emails asking and yet no response.

Order value over £200.

100% Scam. Avoid.

Not often I rate badly, but man I wish people would pay attention to the bad reviews here.

My story is much like the others here. Ordered on 7 October 2020, have them some grace due to COVID and Brexit, but fed nothing but lies from their "support" and then radio silence after requesting a refund 2/3 months ago.

My fault really for not doing more due diligence. No registered company and deleted comments on Facebook, with shoddy reviews. I doubt the 5* reviews are genuine.

If you read this, please please avoid.

Missing Order

Ordered on 9th Jan, customer service has not been responsive on status of my order (they have initially replied that they will look into it but hasn't replied to any of my mails in the last 1 week). It has been 2 months and I am still unsure where my painting is. Truly disappointing.

After replying on 9th March that they will rearrange for a new delivery which is expected to take another week, I have yet to receive the painting (as of 23rd March) and customer service has also not responded to my follow up emails.

Paint arrived damaged (totally broken frame and canvas). Costumer Service inexistent. No proper responses -always say will respond/act tomorrow.... then silence...- note there isn’t an address nor a phone number on the website. I’m having to use Section 75 Credit Card Act to get a refund... do not use.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Don’t reply to emails despite having made numerous attempts to make contact. Unfortunately looks like a scam site, save your money and find an alternative, the quality of the prints don’t justify the hassle.
