Artlogo: handwritten signature logos 

I recently used the services of Artlogo, a UK-based company that creates stylish, hand-crafted signature logos—ideal for emails, websites, business cards, or as your main branding logo. I was looking for something professional and eye-catching to represent my identity as a Digital Creator across platforms like my website, Facebook, and email.

I purchased their “Signature Logo” package and requested the name “BillyB Creates” to be turned into a custom digital signature. The website was incredibly easy to navigate, and the sign-up process was quick and straightforward. I didn’t opt for the express service, as their standard timeframe of 3 to 9 days seemed perfectly reasonable.

To my delight, by day 3 I received an email with two initial design concepts to choose from. Both were excellent, but version one really stood out to me—it captured the tone and personality I was after. I didn’t need any revisions, so I sent my approval back straight away. By day 5, the full logo package was delivered, well within the promised timeline.

The final package included various file formats (JPG, PNG, etc.) in multiple resolutions, giving me full flexibility to use the signature logo across all my digital platforms. Everything was high quality, well-organised, and easy to download and integrate into my existing designs.

Alongside my main purchase, I also invested in Artlogo PRO, which gives you access to a suite of six additional branding tools. These include features like a social media profile image maker and email signature generator, which turned out to be incredibly useful.

Using Artlogo PRO, I created a professional email signature that now appears on all my outgoing emails. It features my new logo, along with clickable links to my website and social platforms—adding a polished and consistent touch to my communications.

What really stood out throughout the whole process was the level of service and communication. I was kept updated at every stage, and everything was delivered smoothly and efficiently, with no fuss or delays.

Overall, I’m extremely impressed with both the service and the results. The design quality, fair pricing, and support were excellent, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely return to Artlogo in the future for further branding work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, stylish signature logo.

I received the product as agreed and as advertised. Artlogo also gave me the option to make changes to the proof if I wished (and I did) at no additional expense.

The staff and caligraphers at Artlogo were absolutely amazing, from beginning to end! They were not only professional, but their service was far beyond anything I would have imagined. They overdelivered for sure with the polished and professional appearance of my signature. They are amazibng! I highly recomend them for ANY signature or Logo work you might need done. You will NOT be disappointed!

Trustpilot states: "Companies on Trustpilot aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews." Yet, Artlogo offers this incentive: "we have the best addon for you... 16 Color pack version of your signature". You just need to write a feedback on TrustPilot". I think that is shady. They do say "we hope that your experience was good". I have also received 31 emails from them in less than a month! For additional "addons" "30%, 60%, 70% off". Very annoying, I am about to block them!
The signature logo was good, but shaded by the above.

Loved the signature. I did have a problem at the start getting my signature onto my photos and sending them out but Artlogo were there for me and helped me get on the right track. So happy to be sharing my photos and having my signature proudly displayed on them. Thank you Artlogo

I am very happy with Artlogo. I ordered a master calligrapher to design the title of my book, and the work was done masterfully. They have also made a signature logo for my authorship and helped me make a professional signature. I am deeply satisfied.

Artlogo completed quality work quickly! I had set my expectations low but they hit it out of the park, giving me two options that I loved. Their customer service is also wonderful. I always heard back when I had questions and will be happy to use them in the future if I ever need to.

Here's the facts of my experience with Artlogo -
I ordered my logo on 20/08/25. I signed off on the design on 16/09/25. This was fine for me as I'm not working to any pressing deadlines - and once signed off they very promptly provided the final files for download - literally within a few hours.

During this time the logo went through 3-4 iterations - the first two missed the mark in terms of style primarily because I had ordered the wrong pack - so that's on me. Once we had determined this via email, I was able to purchase the correct option (which was obvious now I look back!) and with a minor further alteration at the end of the process I received my files today.

I can see how some people may find the email only communication frustrating - but so long as you keep the original email thread intact and add to it, all should be fine as they seem to use a reference number contained in the original email as a tracking number. Starting new email threads no doubt makes their life more difficult in this respect. Throughout the email exchanges I seemed to be contacted by 3 people and we seemed to get to the point of what I was looking for quite quickly. Most responses tended to be within 2-3 days.

I'm very happy with the final design and overall, I would recommend the service to others.

The only reason this rating isn't higher is that in the 27 days taken to complete my order (of which half of that time was down to me picking the wrong package), I have received 15 marketing emails offering discounts and trying to upsell. That's one marketing email every 1.8 days - which is too many in my humble opinion.

I hope this is a fair representation of the experience, and as I mention above - I would recommend to others.

My experience with Artlogo was good. Some of their E-Mails did not reach me, also not in the spam. But after contacting them, I received a reply within a day every time. I am happy with their work.

Had a good experience. They revised once as promised and were spot on. Would recommend.
