Artlogo: handwritten signature logos 

Great Experience, Very Quick, Very Patient with my feedback and never an issue. Loved the end result!

Recently, I've ordered a logo, and what I got looked like it was a 3-year-old's drawing with a few lines. I could have done better myself if I had just known about their unprofessionalism. It's a disaster. They're misleading the clients. They don't have either head calligraphers or top-level calligraphers, as they declare. Customer service is a tragicomedy. Each time you'll be contacted by a different person that have no clue about the order or the logo. And it gets on and on. So, the conclusion: no logo, no refund. They're holding very tightly to our money. Never ever in my life that I going to order a logo from Artlogo.

The Artlogo team handled my order professionally and responded specifically to my suggestions. Even when, as in my case, a few corrections were needed before I was satisfied, communication was always courteous and patient. Our joint journey ultimately led to the desired result!

The 'fast preview delivery' is misleading. It's been 4 days and the only thing I've received is emails every day offering me a discount on upgrades. I sent an email to customer support and received an automated response that they would get back to me in 2-3 days.
I chose this company based on the great reviews, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The Artlogo team was prompt with emails, which I appreciate. It took about three or four revisions until I was happy with it, and each time the team stayed open to my critique and feedback. It took a few weeks of back and forth, but patience paid off with excellent results in the end.

I emailed the Company twice to send me the standard contract they had that outlines who ultimately owned the copyright and other rights to work they created for our company. There was no response. So, I am assuming they do. Which is not optimal and has potential future legal issues.

It was fourth times order, and they fix and remake until I satisfied! Finally, I got really high quality company logo, trust Artlogo!

As a third-time customer of Art Logo Co., I'm incredibly disappointed to write this review. My previous two experiences were excellent, which is why I returned, but the quality and service on my most recent purchase have dropped drastically.

I paid for a specific service that I simply did not receive. The final order was incomplete, and crucial elements were missing. After complaining and explaining the situation, my issue was not resolved, leaving me with an unfinished product and a sense of being completely let down.

It's a real shame to see such a steep decline in quality and customer service. As a loyal, returning customer, I feel taken advantage of and will not be purchasing from this company again.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Purchased a handwritten signature, then they ask for more money to upgrade to a full logo…and it goes on.

Never respond to emails, just generic B.S. to date I have not received anything, asked for refund and nothing back.

Total scammers!!! Buyer beware of positive ratings!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but Artlogo made the whole experience fast and easy. My signature logo is gorgeous and far more than I could have hoped for.
