The frame was just as described. We got the standard acrylic and it looks sturdy and was unscratched. The frame was well packed and arrives undamaged.

I ordered a custom frame and was promised a tracking number when it shipped. I didn't receive one after some time, so looked into my order online.
The tracking number associated with my order "didn't belong to me" and I found out my frame was delivered to an address in another state!

The frame was perfect. I really appreciated it. The customer service rep was wonderful. I will be using them again.

Very cheap frame. Please note this has a piece of plexiglass and not real glass. The backing is a thin piece of cardboard. Extremely cheaply made product.

I am 100% satisfied with my purchase, the product is beautiful. I will be using ArtToFrames again. I don't know how your company does it to have the product shipped and delivered within two days!

Frames were well made, delivered promptly, good plain black which are my style, and have already made it into two shows. I could have used a bit deeper rabbit as I like to back my watercolors with foamcore, but I made it work and will order again. Thank you!

I’ve ordered frames from Art to Frames several times and they are shipped within a couple of days. The quality and the price are great. I would recommend them.

It was not made clear that if you add a mat it changes the size of the entire frame. I now have a nice frame that is useless to me. But hey, the frame is nice.

I’ve never been disappointed by any of the frames I’ve ordered from Art to Frames. They do a beautiful job of creating the frames, they’re delivery is prompt, and the packaging always protects the frames. I have ordered multiple times from this company and will again, I’m certain.

The ordering process was straight-forward and well explained, and the frame is perfect and included everything to install the artwork and hang it.

Easy to use site with excellent instructions for providing measurements, mat and frame preferences, and a great selection of frame options. ArtToFrames is my go-to for custome frames at affordable prices.

Package took 4 months to arrive. I'm not exaggerating. By the time my package arrived I'd already purchased something else. I imagine the return process as tedious as delivery was, so I don't have much hope of a smooth return.

Beautiful customized frames with quick turnaround time. Delivery was very quick.

Terrible company. My first order was sent to another address and they said they'd make another order if I paid the shipping again. I did and it STILL didn't come to my address even though I clarified several times. Awful service and since I haven't seen my artwork I can't comment on that.

I have not received my picture frame which I need by June 12. Please respond asap. Thank you.
