Ent photos and had it framed, it was very reasonable, arrived quickly, was packaged up safely when the framed picture arrived. I plan to use this service again for our wedding pictures in a few months!

Paintings and favorite photographs don't always come in standard sizes, and budgets don't always stretch to afford a custom frame by a master crafts-person.

That's why ArtToFrames is such a wonderful find. So long as you know the dimensions of your desired image, and have a good eye for color, ATF makes it simple to choose the colour and size of your frame and mat, and the type of glass you want (or none at, all).

The frames I have ordered from ATF have always exceeded my expectations.

I spent what may well have been hours searching for weathered-looking wood frames for two matted prints. Found some cheaper options but ended up ordering here because of the vast selection of choices and detailed product information. it was a seamless experience. Got exactly what I wanted, delivered in just a few days, and the finished product looks fantastic.

I made two custom-size frames. Overall they exceeded my expectations. Choices of details are impressive, and easy to order online without any help. Prices are unbeatable. Delivery was within a few days. I have zero negative comments.

We put in a $1500 custom canvas order with white frames. The frames arrived in a beige, yellowish sand color. Absolutely not white frames. They have done nothing to correct the situation aside from telling us we could pay for shipping to return these enormous items. We wasted our time and money and did not get what we thought we ordered. If your frames are not white, do not offer the white option! Very upsetting!

Upon arrival I saw the frame was poor quality for what you pay for. Now wishing I would have just paid a hundred more and went with a better quality customized frame. Feel ripped off.

I have used Art to Frames for years. I have always loved their products and service. I recently purchased a frame that I thought would fit the tile project I am working on. It was the wrong size and I didn’t realize it until 2 weeks after the return window, because … life got in the way. It wasn’t a year later or even a month later. They refuse to exchange it. It is not a custom size. I never took it out of the packaging. I don’t want to return it, just to exchange it for the right size. Then they sent me a request to write a review. So here we are. From 5 stars for years to zero stars due to absolutely terrible customer service.

I honestly wasn't sure how our order was going to go. I saw their website and it felt a little clunky and their prices seemed maybe a little too good to be true. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. When I got the frames, they came unharmed and very well packaged. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality for the price. Thanks for the great experience!

Finding exactly what I want is easy and shipping is fast, considering it's a very specific order. Will be ordering again, since I tend to get fixated on specific features.

I needed a really unique frame size for a poster and ArtToFrames had it! Not only that, it was at an affordable price and shipping didn’t cost an arm and a leg considering the size and weight of the frame. It looks amazing! Would 100% buy frames here again in the future.

Great experience all around! My custom frame arrived quickly and it was perfect. I am an artist and needed specific dimensions/style to work with my large prints. I was able to design a mauve/pink frame and it is beautiful! I will be ordering again for sure!

Pricing is really reasonable, and quality is very good. My order arrived really quickly, though one frame was damaged from shipping. The customer service agent I spoke with about the damaged item was so helpful and kind and offered multiple options to resolve the issue- which I really appreciated. I was drawn to their many options and precise sizing. My first order was just beautiful and made my drawing pop. I ordered another frame for another drawing and was equally pleased with the item. For health reasons I have not completed another drawing, but when I do it will have an Art to Frames frame!

They ridiculously overcharge for this product. I paid close to $80 for a frame and picked one of their standard sizes. I went with the cheaper options (acrylic not glass, the wood didn't have an option). It's a total piece of garbage for the price. You're better off ordering from amazon if it's simple. They don't attach the required parts to hang the frame and the screws they provided were longer than the frame is thick and would have ruined the product. It's just this quality was the quality of a cheap $20 frame from china. Not 4x the price. If you have nice artwork take it to a professional and spend the money to have it done right. If you are just looking for a cheap frame you will get one from them but it will be way overpriced

I had ordered a frame for a certificate and they sent me the piece of cardboard that goes inside for the frame for the price of $30 including $15 delivery.
When we call to have the matter solve, they only wants to return $5. back. Their customer service is the worst. I will never buy anything from them again.
