Late, Week after we needed this

Week after we needed this, they tried to deliver. Item was to deliver on the 28th or 29th. They called on the 30th and said they couldn't deliver till Saturday. We cancelled this service on Sept 30th. Refund was to be issued on my card. Were is my refund?? Please advise ASAP!

HORRIBLE experience

HORRIBLE experience. Horrible service, overbooked us, overcharged us, rude customer service reps, they aren’t even based in Texas

Please note- My review had nothing to do with the fact you called us in a different time zone. Annoying but not the reason for my bad review. It was a horrible experience from the first phone call. You overbooked us, your payment didnt go through to our delivery driver until I called and complained, you changed the charge because the delivery was farther due to you overbooking. I would never recommend you to anyone and will never use your company again.

FRADULENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITY The customer service reps with this…

The customer service reps with this company were always extremely helpful and courteous. However, the decision makers are FRADULENT and not nearly as efficient. I ordered and paid for 2 portable toilets, 2 hand sanitizers and one double sided portable sink to be delivered to our camp location. On 9/8 the total amount of $1029.90 was paid from my account for a same day delivery. However, the portable sink was not delivered with the toilets and sanitizers. When I contacted CS I was advised that the sink would be delivered the following day - the day of the event! It was never explained why the sink was not delivered as ordered. On the following day when the sink was attempted to be delivered, the driver said that because it had rained overnight, he was unable to drive into the camp location and asked if he could leave the sink on the side of the road leading to the camp location. Of course, we declined! There was no way we could move the sink either nor could we walk that distance simply to wash our hands! When I contacted ASAP customer service on 9/9, I was assured that I would be refunded for the sink. Then on 9/23, after still not having received the refund, I received an invoice of $65 for a "refused delivery"! I immediately, called and left a voice message and when I received no response, on 9/26, I returned the invoice via email with a full explanation as to why it was not owed. On 10/3, ASAP FRAUDENTLY charged my account, without my consent or authorization for an erroneous fee of $65! On 10/4, I was advised that the amount would not be disputed. This is entirely unacceptable! To date, I still have not been refunded the cost of the sink and my account has been FRAUDENTLY charged an additional $65. ASAP has taken over $400 from my account and has been using my funds since 9/8! I have reported them to my bank and also D&B and consumer affairs.

This Company Fails

We requested a porta potty unit from this business for one of our construction projects. after the project was completed, we called to have the unit removed. Their contract states "Removal will occur 2 business days after the day of removal request.". we are
now going on over 2 weeks since this request was made. We have called several times without resolution. This request has now been escalated to a supervisor as of 2 days ago with the promise of it being removed by yesterday. As of this morning it
has still not been removed. This business seems to be unable to get its vendor to pick up the unit. Additionally, the unit is not being serviced and my clients now have a smelly porta potty sitting in their driveway that this company can't seem to find a
way to remove.

This was the worse experience you can…

This was the worse experience you can possibly have when ordering a toilet for a wedding. I originally requested a two station toilet for my friends wedding and was quoted $2700 (for one day). About a week before the wedding, I received a message that the price increased by $1000 due to some internal challenges with their supplier, so I was forced into the ridiculous increase. When the toilet arrived, it was a single station toilet with an additional urinal on the side. This was embarrassing as a friend trying to doing something nice for a friend and simply not enough toilet access for the wedding guests. I have called and emailed this company to voice my concerns and attempt to, at the very least negotiate an appropriate price.

Amazing Customer Services and Pricing

I just called Michael and ordered a single porta potty for our mobile home park and Michael was the best customer service rep. I have talked to in a long time. No wait times on hold, and product was available to us in a few days.. Amazing service!!!! , especially in this time of need in Florida..Oh and the prices were completely on point. UPDATE.. they cancelled and wanted more money..

ASAP could not confirm delivery details

Initial price quote was changed. Didn’t get the unit until the last possible moment. Communication was not available with the subcontractor. Had no confidence of getting the unit needed in time.

Didn’t even show up

Didn’t even show up. I was expecting a portable toilet for my wedding and no one showed up. There was absolutely no communication ever. When I tried to call to ask it goes straight to an automated voice message that asks to leave your name and email. Worst experience ever. They sure were quick to take my money though. Even the process to order was terrible. No confirmation number or anything . Will not be using again
