Bought my son a full‑sus mountain bike and wanted to upgrade it with a dropper post. Ascend stood out for value, but I didn’t yet have the bike measurements needed for their sizing tool. Their support team replied almost immediately with the exact options and a clear recommendation.

Great value for money, works perfectly

Ordered brake pads and valves. Very efficient process and was notified of Order status. Order came in less than 48 hrs. Highly recommend brake pads and valves work great.

Arrived at the Ascend Components via a recco from SPA Cycles, as I sought to resolve a Fork and Headset compatibility problem - Their mix and match sets of components were a treat to use, beautifully made, fitted perfectly and importantly were accurately described with dimensions etc. Consequently, all went together as it should - Thanks to British made engineering :-))

5 star doesn’t do this dropper post justice, excellent build quality, smooth action and delivery was within 48 hours

We have two Ascend dropper posts, one with an internal cable, and one with an external cable routing. They are both fantastic, well designed, well built and work really well.

The older one of the two has been bullet proof and gets well tested by my 13 year old son who is always on his bike.

We had a small issue with a cable on the newer post. I got in touch with Ascend for some advice and they instantly got back to me and offered to sort the problem.

This was done extremely quickly. You really can’t beat their product or customer service and I would recommend the dropper posts to anyone.

This is a fantastic dropper post. I bought it for my 11yo son and it's fitted to a 24" mtb. The action is very smooth and is working beautifully after 3 months of pretty constant use. The unit is far superior to the stock Bontrager post that's on my Trek Fuel.
