Fast shipment great product. The only thing for us outside UK is the shipment and customs charges which come to almost double of the product price.

The small package may have been better sent by mail than courier as it seemed to get held up at the airport unnecessarily long.

Replied to a question, about a replacement cartridge kit for a Seatpost by someone else. On a Saturday!
Supplied said cartridge quickly and my Trans X Rad+ is working nicely again.

Relatively quick shipping. I am from Svk (eu) and that was like one week. I paid a much lower customs duty than I expected.. ;)
The product looks very high-quality (the Flight SL dropper post), and it works as it should. The price-to-quality-to-weight ratio is probably unbeatable...

Ordered the Flight SL, with Tune leaver. I wanted a light dropper with a short insert. Had it for a couple of weeks now. Works great, light action leaver, seat post quick to pop up. Easy to install. Will buy again for my other bike.

I ordered a dropper post remote. It arrived the next day and is of a much higher quality than expected at this price point.

There was a problem with stock levels of the item I ordered. They checked with me by email rectified by sending an upgraded part. No delay, very good customer service.

Whilst I received the wrong sized post initially, the way they responded so quickly on a Sunday and got the replacement to me by Tuesday was outstanding

Nicely packed, fair price and postage rapid. other loose items tucked in securely and sensible size box used.

I am based in ireland, there was a small issue with the postage but the service and the support was fantastic and extremely quick.

Brilliant service and high quality components. I initially ordered the incorrect brake pads. Emailed and they cancelled straight away so I could submit the correct order. Arrived in a day or two. Great pads - used to be Nukeproof brand. Very robust high quality for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Will definitely buy more from Ascend in future.
