Booked 4 new tyres through ASDA Tyres at a cost of £599. Unfortunately the fitting experience fell well below what I would consider a professional standard.

The vehicle was being worked on in a car park supported only by a trolley jack with no axle stands visible, despite the safety-critical nature of the work. I also had to intervene after my request not to use an impact wrench on the locking wheel nut was ignored. Following the fitting, I had the wheel fixings checked independently and found the locking wheel nuts had not been torqued correctly.

I raised these concerns formally and provided photographic evidence. While responses were polite, there has ultimately been little meaningful outcome or accountability. The online chat process was also extremely frustrating, with delayed responses and poor communication throughout.

I understand that issues can occasionally arise with any company, however the true measure of customer service is how those issues are addressed and resolved. Unfortunately, in my experience, ASDA Tyres has fallen well short in that regard.

The tyres themselves are excellent, however based on this experience I would be hesitant to use both the fitting network and ASDA Tyres as a whole again in the future.

Good service and fitter company used was able to advise on what to do with change to my order.

Asdatyres gave me a good price for the tyre I wanted and a good choice of times and places to get it fitted.

Excellent typres at a very fair price - booked for (am Wednesday and confirmed as such. Tyres not there - but a call to Asda Tyres, where a helpful operator said they would be with me in a few minutes - they were - and I was out of the fitters some 25 minutes later and well before 10am - Thank you

Asda tyres were a good price but they missed the delivery slot. So what ended up being a £40 cheaper tyre cost me £300 in airport transfers.

No compensation offered. Therefore recommend to AVOID.

Good value with prompt delivery, the fitting was very easy with a booked time. Great fitter who took care to make sure there was no damage to the wheel, a pleasure to meet.

Good easy experience ordering tyres through Asda tyres, used a few times now and can't fault them excellent service

Protyre spotted an out of date tyre delivery and quickly resolved the issue by organising replacement tyres. Asda immediately acknowledged the problem and quickly refunded the payment for the returned 4 year old tyres. Alternative tyres were organised by Protyre and two days later were fitted and my MOT was successfully completed.
An excellent recovery by both organisations, to a problem not of their making, which gives me confidence to use them both again.

Ordered 2 tyres for next day fitting only to have appointment cancelled an hour before the appointment. Any later and i would have been driving to the fitters. Given another appointment the next day at a totally inconvenient time but no flexibility to pick a better time which means either waiting around town for 3 hours or doing 2 trips. The website states things like "fit today" when there is actually no availability. I cancelled the order (well... i tried to but the website wouldn't let me, resulting in another phone call!) I called the fitter direct, got an appointment within the hour and it was only £10 more expensive.

Yes, the prices are competitive and the call centre staff very pleasant. But is saving £10 worth the hassle?

I ordered tyres through Asda Tyres to be fitted at Auto Fix. On the first visit, the tyres were fitted without being balanced and without new valves. I had to book a second appointment to get the job done properly. While the garage was very busy, they did eventually honour the appointment and completed the work to a good standard. 4 stars for the final result, but 1 star deducted for the initial inconvenience.

Well what can I say after spending over £400 on two tyres I took out the the tyre insurance for a further £23 only to be told after spending the money that I had to log in to my account to validate the insurance surely once I had paid for it and the tyres were fitted that should have been enough,it is with other companies I have used in the past. I tried over 20 times to reset my password which was a recommendation from ASDA but to no avail as the website keeps reverting back to resend your email address to reset your password and will not let me go any further. I have now been told that I have lost my £23 as I was unable to validate the policy what a rip off I will not be using ASDA tyres again thanks for wasting my time and taking the money from me.
Just to be clear I have tried to contact them but that is impossible to do and they do not reply to your emails.
