I needed tyres for on the safety to drive my friend told me about asdatyers I am happy for the service and quality of tyres

I had 2 front tyres fitted in double quick time, very efficient. Unfortunately one of the bolts was stripped out and then rammed back in eventually and when I got home I saw that one of the tyres was on the wrong way round. Ok if it's not raining I suppose. I messaged Asda Tyres the same day, no reply. I messaged again the next day and got an automated email response and nothing more. I then used the chat on Asda Tyres webpage and was told to just go back to the fitters. If they have no idea which way round to put the tyre then I'm not going back there. I'll find someone locally who can sort it out. I wonder how many unsafe cars are now driving round because of them? It's a shame as I like Asda Tyres and have used them a number of times, not any more.
Asda Tyres are under the umbrella of Colewood Automotive who apparently look after a number of tyre websites and the chat summary came from them so maybe they have a lot of messages to work through.

I needed a single run-flat tyre; the price was very good and I could get a scheduled appointment for it to be fitted. Can't ask for more!

On 30 May 2026 I placed an order for 2 tyres to be fitted on Monday 01 June 2026.
I called the garage to confirm and they refused to fit on Monday.
I called Asda tyres asking for explanations. They were not able to help so I asked for a refund but again they were very impolite saying I have to wait 6 working days.
I explained I am in a hurry to replace my tyres due to the bad weather for my safety and my clients (I am a taxi driver). The associate says Asda tyres can do nothing about that. No I am forced to spend other money to change my tyres. This is disgusting customer service. I will never use it again.

Booked tyres very good price. Fitter then moved the fitting till next day, fitter then said tyres not arrived? Complained to Asda Tyres and got stock answer we will contact supplier, 4 days later still no contact even after numerous emails requesting human to talk to? Eventually rang them to get stock answer we are trying to contact supplier, how hard can that be?
They have taken my money and still have not had a sensible answer? Customer Service is shocking. hope i can get a refund. AFTER SAYING THEY WOULD REDELIVER THEY NEVER DID SO CANCELLED ORDER, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES TOTALLY RELYING ON EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS TO SUPPLIER THAT IS JUST IGNORED. Tyre blew on Tuesday, booked mobile fitter for Thursday, was told tyre had the wrong address on Thursday morning and they would try to sort it for that day. Friday, no update so chased to be told again the tyre has the wrong address and no fitters over the weekend. Monday morning told tyre is out to be delivered Monday afternoon so fitting would have to be Tuesday now. Cancelled and went elsewhere.
Customer service was nice but actual service was shocking.

Bought 2 rear Dunlop SP SportMaxx RT 255/35R19 96Y XL(Jaguar XE) EAN:5452000724274 is an excellent tyre at a very good price. I would buy again from Asda Tyres in the future website was easy to navigate, order product and booked fitter on 29/05/26. Fitment was at my local ETB Tyres centre Abbotts Lane, Coventry. The staff were polite, brilliant at the basics and completed the job within an hour of arrival for my appointment, very knowledgeable experts and helpful staff. Great service and customer experience, very impressed with the all-round service. I will certainly use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I found it easy to order my tyre, and book the fitter. The price was competitive. Would use again.

I’m very used to using the net to find and check on Tyre prices and stock, but also having the fitting costs included, particularly for a tyre supplier without their own garages is a big plus. The web page is clear and easy to navigate, overall a quick and reliable way to find the tyres I needed. There’s a good choice of tyre fitters shown that are local, with review stars so selecting a time and place for the fitting is simple. A really good experience and I’ll certainly check Asda first the next time I’m looking for tyres.

Asda and Michelin tyres are runnung a scam.
I bought 4 Michelin Crossclimate 3s cost £671 on the strength of the cash back offer of £70.
I have been turned down on a minor issue,the email said the invoice was ineligable because of the photo.
It was not a photo it had been clipped and was as clear as daylight.
I phoned them the woman said it was because there was no date on the invoice, so I took a photo of the order number with the date of purchase, phoned again asked if that would surfice she said yes and then I got an email saying my claim had been accepted.
2 hours later I get another email just before they close for the weekend saying my claim has been refused because it is not an official invoice.
Asda do not send one I have learned you have to request one.
Look on Trustpilot at the Michelin reviews both companies are complicit in a scam by Michelin refusing to honour the cash back deals . I would not have bought the tyres if I had known this.
I will never buy tyres from Asda again.

I tried another chat a few minutes later and got though to Emma again.
This time she could not even manage to write good orning and just ignored me so I gave up.

I had booked a tyre and fitting with ASDA tyres , thinking they are connected to a big company but looks like they are scammers , I had a experience of going to a unknown road side supplier . The story is i had this appointment for next day (which they provided) and i was asked to choose a garage , which i did and on the day and time when i reached the garage it was closed and there was no information , when i called up customer care the next day as it was too late on that day , they said garage closed for that day as they had some festival and they were going to check and let me know when is the next available option. There was no response from them and then i called them again on the 3rd day then there was this person who was so rude to me from the start of conversation , she explained lot of things that it is not their fault and it is nobodies fault . When i asked them about compensation as they couldn't fulfil the request for that she started throwing tantrums , she said you have accepted terms and conditions that any delay whats so ever it may be is not our fault and you have to bare with it. I started arguing that i had to go there and come back without any information provided to me , then she said " you selected the garage from our website so it is your fault and why did you select that" i was confused at this point , i asked you guys provided me that option , for that she said no its a suggestion and not a compulsion , and further more she started saying if you didn't like this terms and condition you should not be buying from us , i asked her to repeat that as i couldn't believe what she said , she repeated ya you should not buy from us , Asking ASDA is this what the respect you give a customer who is paying 250 or more , and she hung up on me without giving me any other option. This is very serious
