Using Asdatyres for some years now, and compared to other online services, I found this site best priced, and never had any problems

Changed all 4 tyres for at least £100 less than it would have cost elsewhere, whats more is that I didnt even need to leave the house! Dan at Ntyre came to me and was such a wonderful chap. He mentioned how the tyres I chose were a great brand and agreed that the prices were great.

I found it easy to order my tyre, and book the fitter. The price was competitive. Would use again.

I’m very used to using the net to find and check on Tyre prices and stock, but also having the fitting costs included, particularly for a tyre supplier without their own garages is a big plus. The web page is clear and easy to navigate, overall a quick and reliable way to find the tyres I needed. There’s a good choice of tyre fitters shown that are local, with review stars so selecting a time and place for the fitting is simple. A really good experience and I’ll certainly check Asda first the next time I’m looking for tyres.

Asda and Michelin tyres are running close to a scam.
I bought 4 Michelin Crossclimate 3s cost £671 on the strength of the cash back offer of £70.
I have been turned down on a minor issue,the email said the invoice was ineligable because of the photo.
It was not a photo it had been clipped and was as clear as daylight.
I phoned them the woman said it was because there was no date on the invoice, so I took a photo of the order number with the date of purchase, phoned again asked if that would surfice she said yes and then I got an email saying my claim had been accepted.
2 hours later I get another email just before they close for the weekend saying my claim has been refused because it is not an official invoice.
Asda do not send one I have learned you have to request one.
Look on Trustpilot at the Michelin reviews both companies are complicit in making it so hard to get your cash back by Michelin refusing to honour the cash back deals . I would not have bought the tyres if I had known this.
I will never buy tyres from Asda again.

Here is a chat I had with Asda tyres this morning copied from the chat. I asked for an invoice from ---- for my tyres then I could claim my cash back from Michelin, you can see it all went quite.

I tried another chat a few minutes later and got though to ----again.
This time she could not even manage to write good orning and just ignored me so I gave up.

I have changed my rating to 2 stars as I have received my £70.00 cash back.
You should not have to jump through hoops to get what you have been promised.
To other claimants, don't give up and if you have the same offer, request an official receipt from Asda tyres as you will need that for the claim back at Michelin , ring Michelin up and make sure they have received your claim and if the customer service says everything is fine then ask her to confirm by email.

I had booked a tyre and fitting with ASDA tyres , thinking they are connected to a big company but looks like they are scammers , I had a experience of going to a unknown road side supplier . The story is i had this appointment for next day (which they provided) and i was asked to choose a garage , which i did and on the day and time when i reached the garage it was closed and there was no information , when i called up customer care the next day as it was too late on that day , they said garage closed for that day as they had some festival and they were going to check and let me know when is the next available option. There was no response from them and then i called them again on the 3rd day then there was this person who was so rude to me from the start of conversation , she explained lot of things that it is not their fault and it is nobodies fault . When i asked them about compensation as they couldn't fulfil the request for that she started throwing tantrums , she said you have accepted terms and conditions that any delay whats so ever it may be is not our fault and you have to bare with it. I started arguing that i had to go there and come back without any information provided to me , then she said " you selected the garage from our website so it is your fault and why did you select that" i was confused at this point , i asked you guys provided me that option , for that she said no its a suggestion and not a compulsion , and further more she started saying if you didn't like this terms and condition you should not be buying from us , i asked her to repeat that as i couldn't believe what she said , she repeated ya you should not buy from us , Asking ASDA is this what the respect you give a customer who is paying 250 or more , and she hung up on me without giving me any other option. This is very serious

Prompt reliable service. Tyres replaced and rebalanced. Was impressed with the experience

After a lot of searching online for the best deals, I found Asda and they were by far the cheapest. The process was simple too.

Used before cheaper than black circles both times,easy to review and book fitting choice of fitters too,can't fault Asda tyres service or the RK tyres fitters.

Car required 2 new rear tyres, service was quick and fitter polite. Would use again

Excellent tyres at a very decent price which includes fitting. These tyres are amazing and I’ve been using Dynamo for several years, I honestly can say they’re as good as some so called premium brands. The fitting centre in Heywood formula 1 were great, Ahmed the fitter was great.

To not use, unless you are willing to read all the small print T&Cs as they will just refer to you agreed to these when things go wrong. Awful customer services, my complaint is as follows:

I would like to raise a complaint and compensation for the tyres paid for and ordered for the following reasons:
1. I went to the garage at the booked time on 1030 on Sunday 24th May to find the garage was closed and does not open on a Sunday. Why do you have that as an available slot on your system when the garage does not open on a Sunday and no one contacted me to let me know the appointment could not go ahead and even got a text to confirm the booking
2. I tried calling yourselves and the fitter on Sunday a number of times and there was no answer as both yourselves and the garage were closed
3. I came this morning Monday 25th May at 1000 when the garage opened to be told they could not see me due to other booking so to come back at 1300
4. I have tried to call you a number of times today and after selecting the correct options and being on hold for 1 hr on 2 separate occasions there was then a message to say you were closed even though it was 1030 and 1200 respectively
5. I have had 2 wasted journey costing me in fuel and time, disrupted family plans on a bank holiday weekend, caused frustration about not being able to even contact yourselves to try to rectify and explain why this has happened but being faced with long holds and even after holding for an hr being cut off and saying you are closed

This whole experience has been a nightmare and frankly unacceptable so I suggest you put this right by crediting my credit card with a compensation for wasted family and personal time and additional travel costs.

The response was our T&Cs say there can be delays in fitting so there is nothing we can offer, absolute disgrace
I expect a prompt reply within 48hr as well as this to escalated to the complaints department for further action.

Not at all happy with the tyre provided by the fitting garage - 3.5yrs old and uneven wear across the tread, down to 7.3mm. Raised complaint with ASDA customer service but no action taken. Won’t be buying from them again.
