Quality products and received it faster than I expected.

After many, many months of research and going down countless rabbit holes trying to find the best sim racing system for myself and my son, we ultimately decided to go with Asetek. We understood there were a lot of great options on the market, so we took our time before making a decision. We even attended a sim racing expo specifically to try their products firsthand before committing. Trust me the competition is much stronger then it was probably 3 to 5 years ago.

Up until recently, we've been extremely happy with our purchase. The build quality, performance, and overall experience have been fantastic. Unfortunately, when we recently tried to power on our system, our Forte wheelbase would turn on, but the wheel itself would not, and neither device would register in the software.
I submitted an RMA request, and my only real gripe so far has been with the customer service communication and response times. I completely understand that they likely deal with thousands of support requests and technical issues, and I appreciate that troubleshooting takes time. After submitting the RMA, we were asked to provide videos, photos, and log files. Once everything was submitted, I expected some sort of confirmation or update regarding the next steps. A few days later, we did receive an email confirming they had received the information and would get back to us when possible.
My suggestion would be simple: provide customers with a rough timeline. Tell me it's going to take 4 days, 3 weeks, or even longer. Most customers can live with waiting if they know what to expect. The uncertainty of not knowing when the RMA process will actually begin or when shipping arrangements might be made makes it difficult to plan and creates unnecessary frustration.
Despite this issue, I'm still very happy with the product overall and hopeful that the support experience improves. I look forward to hearing back from the team sometime this week and getting our system back up and running.

Nice product, high quality, great assistance

One of the best teams if you need help answering any questions. Their team is really responsive and really personable/down to earth with suggestions. The two people i have had interactions with Danni and Jens gave the best customer support and answers to questions i had while wanting to make my purchase. If you are looking for sim racing gear there is no one I would recommend more. They really take care of you at Asetek Racing.

They listen to the customer, even an occasional one like me.

You can count on their support and help, which is important; they're a reputable company that deserves our trust.

I ordered an Initium Load Cell pedal upgrade kit. Unfortunately, the sensor appeared to be reversed. After contacting Asetek, they quickly responded, assessed the issue and immediately sent me a new one.

Absolute best Customersupport and RMA Process I have ever experianced.

Product quality of manufacturing seems very good and you can feel when using it (La Prima wheelbase with Universal QR). Quite fast in terms of shipping, I ordered on 30.03 and package was at my door on 3.04. Secure packaging and all arrived in perfect state.

Asetek is reacting fast on questions and other sorties. The Forte set is incredible, cables on the pedal set are a bit fragile in my opinion but the rest is near perfect.
