As an owner of the Asetek La Prima+, Invicta Thorp1 pedals, Initium and Forte rims, and the Asetek floor mat, I can say with absolute certainty that it’s one of the top-tier brands in sim racing. These products are built for high-level esports competitions, with outstanding quality. I’d also add that such a knowledgeable and friendly customer support team is hard to find—fantastic.

Just great and well designed functional robust products. Asetek/staff respond promptly to queries and the like.

Overall, everything was fine. There was an issue with pedal calibration, and I'm still discussing it with support. It's probably related to the quality of the cable that comes with the pedals.

It's not a huge deal, but that's still why I'm giving it a 4 out of 5.

I like the price-quality ratio, the software is user-friendly, and the QR code is the best on the market.
I'll see how the hardware performs over time, and if everything is fine, I'll definitely stick with your ecosystem.

Quality products and supports.

Parts arrived in extremely high end packaging. Everything was included and all work straight out of the box.
The feeling of a high end product is genuine and all the components look and feel like they will have excellent reliability. This is my first wheelbase and pedal set and I am not disappointed. It took a lot of research and a build up to spend this much money but so far it is completely justified.
The upgrade opportunities with the pedal set for instance will ensure the components are used for a long time, so I am hoping the apparent build quality carries through to expected reliability.
I find some of RaceHub slightly unintuitive, how and when setups are saved and sent to the devise is not completely clear, to me anyway. But otherwise setup is relatively as easy or complex as you want to make it with plenty of options.
The feel of the wheelbase is a little strange, especially with track bumps, but this is maybe down to the individual settings rather than any issue, more tinkering required but the main difference is the consistency with which I can now brake, the solid brake pedal, while not to everyone’s liking, is exactly as a race car pedal feels and inspires confidence to be able to perform the same brake actions lap after lap.
I would highly recommend this set of components to anyone considering a wheelbase and pedal setup and currently can’t imagine why you might need more torque or more expensive pedals. These ones do the job admirably and will be the base of my sim system for years to come.

Genuinely believe Asetek makes quality products at a reasonable price. Wheel, wheelbase, pedals, have been flawless, except I had a switch on my wheel break just under 2 years of use. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. Would have to send in and $150 to have repaired, and without the wheel for a few weeks.

Very fast shipping and turn around once the problem was diagnosed and trouble shot. The only difficulty was them being in Denmark and the time difference for diagnosing the problems. Also I had difficulty getting back to my order and had to wait for the to look it up to start the RMA process.
