Product took a while to ship, but it worked in the end.

Ordered Invicta wheelbase and pedals with Forte wheel.

Arrived very well packed, been flawless, the feedback through the wheel is amazing.

Although I must mention that the app is not very sophisticated, with only a few parameters to change.

Misses out on having a portal where users can upload their settings for a game, then you can download them to try. This would remove a lot of guess work when it comes to settings. They should be collecting setting data from each user by game to allow users more scope to experiment.

The basic settings are ok but I feel I may be missing out a little compared to people who spend weeks tweaking settings for particular games.

I had a long standing issue with the delivery service known as UPS in the states after ordering something from Asetek’s global store.

The issue started at having to pay a tariff (which I was aware of) however customs separated my order into three different parcels causing it to be x3 the price of the tariff I expected at point of delivery. After I refused to receive the package, I had hoped that it would be returned to Asetek. It is to this day still stuck in a UPS warehouse somewhere…Customer service rep Danni from Asetek was there to personally overtake responsibility for the parcels and was able to assist me in the refund of the order.
Asetek is the only of three; UPS, my bank, and them. To step up to the plate and get me my money back like I believe not only a good company should but a great one.
Thank you Asetek, thanks to you I should have the means now of using the wheelbase, wheel and pedals I bought from you.

Prompt shipping and notification along with excellent customer service made the purchase an excellent experience. I currently have the Invecta wheelbase and the extension and I am very happy with the high quality and reliability of their products. Therefore: Cleve says if you want high quality sim racing products you can’t go wrong with Asetek! Get you some of that!

I really love most of your products… my entire rig is Asetek. Unfortunately the button and toggle replacement kits I purchased are such low quality it is embarrassing to put the Asetek name on them.

I had an excellent experience shopping with Asetek SimSports. Your website is clean, easy to navigate, and the whole purchase flow feels smooth and professional. The product quality and overall presentation are top-tier, and it really shows how much care you put into the sim racing community.

That said, as a customer based in Mexico, it’s hard to access your products locally. Buying from abroad means dealing with high shipping costs and import fees, which can become a serious barrier financially.

I truly hope that in the future you’re able to establish an official dealer or distribution partner in Mexico. It would make purchasing much easier and would likely improve pricing and availability in the local market.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

I had an issue with the motherboard on my pedals not connecting to my PC. I suspect a power surge may have damaged the board. Despite this happening during Asetek’s holiday break, their customer support was fantastic. As soon as they were back, their response was quick and incredibly helpful, and they shipped a replacement board to me with two-day delivery all the way from Europe to Canada!

Always a good service and good quality product

Shipping could have been faster and the installation instructions could have used an extra picture or two (I may have installed the standoff collars incorrectly the first time). Also, the printing to see which end is up required a jeweller's loupe. Other than that, it's great.

By far the best sim brand I’ve ever had to deal with. Had a slight issue and it was no questions asked, other than how can we solve it. Couldn’t ask for a better company that stands behind their products!

Generally fast shipping and delivery that is important for me, someone who do not have patience. Very secure and great packaging, good support communitcai.
Not too much of the reasons to lower the score, but I wish some products had physical manuals because QR code takes you to empty page. And Formula Pro wheel had clear description that it only has 2 touch zones on top, not "touch screen" that was kinda disappointing.

Shipping was very fast here in the United States due to their vast supplier across the country.
Coming from a 5nm base and now using the 27nm Invicta is a life changer. I have never felt so much detail in the sim. This is the END GAME setup for me!
