Not the best experience for my 1st DD wheel, My wheel turned up with a rattling noise inside, and it turned out to be the bottom wheelbase mount screws had made it inside the wheelbase freely somehow (thankfully the wheelbase was functioning ok, customer service said this was normal) My brake cell pedals were broken/malfunctioning, and was told this was a graphical issue inside the calibration software and not my pedals (they are still broken) the cost for customs was £157, and i would have thought for the amount i paid for everything, my parcel would have been handled with care better (which it obviously wasn't) So for me not the best experience

The service has been phenomenal. I purchased the invicta pedals and will be buying the invicta wheel base. By far the best sim gear in the market

Excellent customer service for RMA. Even though my specific unit has an issue the build quality is second to none. You can't appreciate an Asetek product until it's in you hands. The La Prima I bought is light years ahead of my outgoing Fanatec. Props to Danni!

Amazing service, I had an issue with my wheel base and within 8 days it was sent back under warranty to Denmark and returned fixed to the uk. Could not ask for more.

We have multiple rigs all equipped with asetek echo system.
Never tried any other brands and I don't see a single reason to do so.
Looking forward for the shifter and hand brake.

I had an issue and sent an email asking if they had any idea of a solution. The solution? They sent an email saying they felt it was an interior cable, and had already sent a replacement with instructions on how to replace it. Took me about ten minutes (I went slow to be sure not to create more problems) and now everything works perfect. Possibly the best customer service over ever had.

Everything arrived very quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. Every thing is extremely well built, engineered perfectly. Sometimes i just sit at my setup to feel the wheel and play with the shifters. I love how it looks industrial grade, built to last forever. I came from a g29 and I am blown away at the quality. I cant describe in words how good the ffb feels, just that I had no idea that it could be like this. I feel like i have entered a different dimension. Grabbing this during the sim racing expo sale was the best purchase i have ever made in my life.
Andre and everyone at the sim racing division at company is doing a fantastic job. I look forward to buying more asetek products. The GT button box with the comfort+ wheel, and the psu upgrade for my la prima wheelbase are on my list of next upgrades.
