Absolute fraud schemes in a very planned way. I would never ever recommend this. All the good reviews are written by their own accounts. Check trust pilot. it all has the same language. None of the good reviews has a photo of a real user or anything.

I purchased an Insta360 one x2. Some accessories were missing from the box. Hence I sent it back for return.

They scammed me saying that the device they received was not the same device they sent. It had different serial numbers apparently. I checked the invoice they sent me initially, but it didn't have a serial number. So I didn't have any way to prove it.

Now my device and money were with them and I couldn't do anything. I was given 2 options, either to get back that old device or they will dispose of it. I couldn't get my refund. Never buy from here.

Fast delivery and the camera was in great condition (I ordered an "Almost New" camera). Came in 2 days and in the original packaging. The only thing missing was the little cable that attaches the camera lens cover to the camera. I emailed them about the missing part, and I was informed that this part was not included in the package (it is an "Almost New" camera). Not a big deal, I just made one myself.

All in all friendly customer service and very fast delivery.

My phone had only 6 months of warranty. If you want to return after this period, you will have to provide a Certificate Of Conformity from the manufacturer. So in my case, I should contact Google or an official retailer, send them my phone (Google Pixel 4XL) so they can issue a certificate that the phone was faulty from the manufacturer. It is a very scammy schema with many hops to jump to basically discourage you. Never buying again from this company.

My phone broke after 1 year. Although they promised a 30 month warranty, they did not repair or replace it. They offered me little money instead, but the broken phone was still worth more than that

Sellers beware of fraud! This company does not diligently check parcels - and sends back your items without any of its accessories. In our case this was a MacBook which we sent including the original charging cable - but that was later returned without it. As a result our MacBook can now neither be used or sold elsewhere. It’s become obsolete. In fact, after checking with their service team both via phone and email, this company has repeatedly shown they’d rather blame its customers than seek out any solution for a problem that they have clearly caused themselves. This is hopefully a warning to all people looking to sell their devices online in good faith - because our experience was that this company clearly does not.

Sold a phone to them. After not paying me for 3 months and getting a sworn affidavit from me, they said I shipped an empty package. They came up with bogus pictures to prove that they received an empty package claiming that I must have shipped it empty. How does a photo of an already opened but empty box prove that I shipped it empty. Nothing I can do. Never again.
