I wouldn’t even give 1 star ! I ordered a jacket in September and paid £51 - never received it . Sent numerous emails it no response!!

I ordered a dress that never arrived. Sent more than a dozen emails to customer service, I think this is a fake company and will be looking into ways to report

I ordered this bodysuit and was told by shop that it delivered but I got nothing! I’m trying to get ahold of them but nobody is responding and now I just went to my bank. I’m so upset!

TOTAL SCAM. Paid $180 got nothing. Sent endless emails to customer service with zero response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

I ordered something after seeing and Instagram post. The item never arrived. I've contacted their customer service 3 times now and have gotten no response.

This is the second product I have bought from Ash and Grey. Both times I have received excellent service and the items were delivered very quickly. I love the Phuket black platter and Calcot pine cone which is a lovely addition for Christmas this year. I will keep an eye out for more beautiful items for my home.

The black tray was a lovely present which looked very stylish on my window sill. I have also used it for antipasto and cheese at a dinner party and is now used to display three little cacti.
