Awful company - very poor customer service
Very little knowledge of the item I required. I explained what I the TYPE if item I required, THEY ORDERED the item for me based on THEIR OPINION of what they thought I required - which didn't work and was not suitable for my use. Blaze (the so called sales manager) then refused to refund the £700. AWFUL COMPANY I'D NEVER USE AGAIN!
Following your reply, My review of Ashley Power is true and accurate. This is NOT a business to business transaction at all. You are a business, I am a consumer. The law states very clearly that a consumer can return goods for a FULL refund where goods have been purchase over the phone or internet.

We would appreciate if you left us an honest truthful review. Some of the comments in your review are false. So we are left with no choice but to clear some of this up & defend our name.
Firstly: You called us and told us you needed a 3PH 11KW Inverter, as per your request this is what you were supplied at an IP20 rating, (Confirmed in the voice recording of the call you sent us), at no time did we make any recommendations to you.
Secondly: We have not refused to refund you £700. We stated our terms & conditions (Section 2) which you disputed, After seeking advice we agreed with your dispute. However as this transaction is business to business, & you had already received, opened & powered up the unit provided, we advised you that you are able to reject the item as faulty & that the relevant tests would be carried out. We also advised you the procedure that would follow under the circumstances of this being proved faulty or not faulty. (Should the item be tested and confirmed as faulty, a full refund would be processed)
