Ali Masterton provided a wonderful service to me at a time when I was feeling very low over the death of my sister and I needed help in making a complaint about the NHS. 1 is a to high rating for this solicitors.They helped me sort out a will and my kids could had a done a better job.They would send me letters or ask me to go in because they had forgotten to ask me to sign this form and that form.They should have PAID ALL bills before I got the left over money,but the bills are creeping in,and when I emailed them as I got one for inland revenue they said there's nothing they can do about as my case is shut,but if I send them the money they will pay it! They are a joke.i am a single parent,who works hard trying to give my kids the best out of life,and I can't afford the inland revenue bill.ALL BECAUSE OF THEM..SO STAY CLEAR!!!

If you are selling or buying your house I would use Ashtons Legal Simon Parker and his team were excellent. I only wish the same could have been said for the buyers solicitor.

Ali Masterson rang me today to give me advice on a very sensitive medical issue I have with the NHS. Ali was extremely professional and compassionate and gave me really good advice. Ali also listened and was very sympathetic and kind towards me after hearing about my health problems. They advertise free initial consultation: 'Contact us to arrange a free, no obligation, initial consultation in complete confidence with one of our personal injury lawyers in Norwich'.So you phone for this & they quote almost £200.00 & say they don't do initial free consultation.People bother& care re criminals who've impacted decent us forever - they don't care, bother for or even think re us victims!

Instructed to pursue a personal injury case, once the hard sell was done they did NOTHING for a year, they lost the documents and forgot all about me until I chased them up. You should be able to trust your solicitor. I don't understand the total lack of compassion towards someone who lost everything including almost their life. How do they sleep?

Ali (and the wider team at Ashtons Legal) made a tough Medical Neglicence case so much easier to deal with. I never had to worry whilst Ali dealt with my claim behind the scenes. She kept me fully updated throughout the case, was compassionate throughout the whole case and was always very informative.
